All In Adventures Escape Rooms

I’ve been to many escape rooms now and this by far was a unique experience compared to the rest. There was such little effort put into all of this company’s rooms that I wouldn’t consider any of them to even be an escape room. Every room was basically a blank slate with about 2-3 boxes with locks on them. The clues were extremely bland and low effort. It is quite literally as if the entire escape room was just a mosh of stock photos that are generally in theme with the room and bland clue cards. Creativity was nonexistent in every aspect.

We had a great time trying to catch The Matador! Kids loved putting in the codes on the locks.

Fun and challenging but not so challenging that it was impossible. My granddaughter enjoyed it too. Izzy did a great job getting us ready for the room.

Mat was very nice and helpful. Loved the escape room, I will definitely be back. Fun for the whole family!

Santiago was amazing! I felt so comfortable and taken care of by him and the other staff! 10/10 would go again, and the rooms are so mentally challenging in the best way possible…. #Blessed we have such a fun place nearby!

Had a blast here! Matt was super helpful and even gave us extra time to solve the challenge! We will definitely be back to complete more rooms! I highly recommend this place as a fun group activity for kids and adults!

I'm sure it's really great for those that understand it. I wish there were a little more warnings or advice before hand to really know how difficult it is. My teen and his gf just stood there the whole time and my gf was the only one that got anything right. It felt way over my head and I just felt dumb for $130

The Sara’s and melina were amazing. The rooms were harder as we chose a harder room but definitely had to use my brain which I love! Would come again and again:)

First time escapee, SUPER fun! I think the employees were two young folks (maybe Elizabeth and Matt?), they were kind, considerate and helpful when we inevitably needed a little nudge toward a clue. Thanks for a great time!

The friendly and competent staff were not enough to make up for the serious shortcomings of this escape room experience: mediocre decor, subpar puzzle design, and above all, a monotonous, uncreative process. Each challenge opened a lock on a box (no thought put into varying the puzzles or integrating them thematically into the tangible environment of the room). Our group only did one room, but glimpsing into the other rooms, they all looked the same: lots of locked boxes with nothing else of interest. Not even close to worth the price.

Did two rooms and our family had a lot of fun! Each of our rooms had a ‘bonus’ portion if you finished within the time you could play a little longer and solve the next level. Celinas was our game master and she was really nice. She gave us thoughtful hints.

Our host Dimitri was very helpful and provided prompt, meaningful hints when we needed them.

The room itself was…fine. The locks worked and the answers were decipherable from the clues provided. However, the clues are very nonlinear and there’s no real way to decipher what clue goes to what lock except for a general guessing based on number of digits/letters.

Gameplay was unfortunately boring. Once the first puzzle was solved the remainder of the room consisted mostly of standing in one place opening lock after lock.

Overall, while the room engaged us somewhat mentally, the theming, ambiance, puzzle complexity, and immersion left a lot to be desired.

A plus is the varying difficulty levels. You have the option to continue on for extra puzzles if you complete the “main” story with time to spare. I’ve not seen this mechanic elsewhere and enjoyed it.

We have at this point decided not to return for other room experiences.

We had a wonderful family experience.the superhero room was perfect for our family of mixed ages. Our 4 year old loved that she could participate. Matt was exceptional and very helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

The guides we're pleasant enough, but the design and overall experience was the weakest of the ~ 10 escape rooms I've experienced.

We still had a decent enough time, but the 4.7/5 star rating we saw when researching where to go is simply not accurate. COVID may have decimated the more personalized escape room venues that have more space, intricate props, creative settings, and staff who aren't juggling 8-10 rooms at once.

My kids and I have been here twice now. We have done 2 of the novice level rooms and had a lot of fun. The rooms are clean and the mysteries are well organized and laid out. Stephanie and Demitry were our stagers and both were great! Very friendly, patient and helpful. We plan to continue working our way through the rest of the rooms and look forward to going back. Highly recommend.

We beat it with minutes to spare. Oh yea and with the help of Dimetrie! Very friendly as well! Great experience!

Went and played the Special Agent room, it was a blast and Demetri ruled as a game master. Definitely book a time and go have fun!

Had a great time! I’ve been to a few other Escape rooms with my daughter and this has to be one of the better organized and well put together. Matt was patient, pleasant and helpful throughout our challenge and we will be back to complete other rooms soon.

Super fun. Was our first time doing an escape room. We'll definitely go back. Demitry was the one that was there running the rooms and he was very helpful. There were a couple of things that went wrong that probably could have been avoided. One was when the keys got lodged inside the cage and we couldn't get it out. Even Demitry tried and said he'd have to get his manager in the morning to deal with it. We eventually got it and felt pretty good about that but it ate into our master level time unnecessarily. Overall we really enjoyed it.

This was such a fun experience. With two people it took us the whole 50min but Demitry was super helpful when we had to use our clues. Will definitely visit again.

Throughly disappointed in the work ethic of staff. My party went and had a great time in the Special Agent room. We had so much fun, that we decided to return the same night for a second room. We were turned away because from 6: 30 -10pm they had 3 groups coming in and it would be a lot of work to clean and reset their rooms. Seems like a lousy excuse for not wanting to do their job: (. This experience takes place in one room, and involves a variety of locks. Having never participated in an escape room prior, I was hoping that there might be more instructions to get you started. You find yourself in a room with no "starting clue", just clues you can pick up on around you in no particular order. Though we eventually slowly got started, and it was an ok experience, it was not what I had imagined and would enjoy a more "structured" adventure.

It was overall a pretty good escape room. The employees that helped us- Demitry and Dylan- were very nice and helpful:)

Dimitry was super helpful. We completed the zombie room, but the last clue had an error so it wasn't solvable.

I expected the game to involve several rooms and a more sophisticated setup.solving puzzles in one room in order to move to the next room. But I was wrong. Each theme room really only involved one room and was decorated rather simple and in a crude manner. IMO the game and experience would have been much better if we were given a little hint or tip in terms of where to start. I think the game would have been more enjoyable allowing us to progress step by step. We were brought to the room and instructed to ring the bell for help. We had no idea where to start. After 15 min of aimless guessing on where to start we had to ask for help just to get the first clue. Haha. The staff was helpful. But even he had some trouble with some of the clues and had to look into the game book simply because he said hardly anyone plays the Houdini room. Ps, One of the locks was faulty and broken so we were stumped at one point although we had figured out the answer. I would say this place is suited for young teens.

Not worth the money. Poor quality, not very well thought out. Several times the attendant came in and had to give us clues because everything happens out of order and no way to get it done after that. Felt cheap. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a great time at this escape room in Albany. Demitry was a great guide for the escape room and gave many great hints while also making it challenging! I would definitely come again and do a more difficult room!

We did the Secret Agent room as a group of 5. Dmitry was the best, he was super helpful and even gave us 30 extra seconds at the end to solve the Master level since we were on the last clue anyway. It made us feel like we really got our money’s worth since it was pretty pricy. Awesome and very attentive service. Dmitry’s clear passion for the job from the minute we walked in the door made the experience even better!

I was really disappointed. It’s literally just a room that you unlock a million boxes…nothing interactive of what I was expecting. Our reservation was at 11: 10 and it said to arrive 15 minutes early but no one was even there to open the doors until a couple minutes to our start time. All in all I wouldn’t spend the money to try a different room, it was just not what I expected. I’ve done many escape rooms all over and this one was the most boring.

Staff was very nice and let us start a little later than our scheduled time! Overall a good experience.

Cool puzzles, not quite as challenging or immersive as other escape rooms we've attended, but still a bunch of fun! Beat zombie master level with 4 folks and beat local record!

Demitry was great, super helpful, upbeat and created a very fun first time experience, look forward to the next time

Our team of 5 did the Treasure Island room and we had an excellent experience. Clues were clever (all locks) and the staff were attentive when we needed our clues. To our surprise we finished the first level and had time to work on the master challenge. Timer ran out with one lock left and the staff let is stay long enough to finish it. Very satisfying.

Fun place to spend an hour. Great for kids, young adults and adults. We played the black ops room. It was our first time so we didn't really know what we were doing, but we ended up solving the puzzle. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pretty expensive for 8 people for 1 hour but that was almost expected in the mall.

My husband and I did the zombie escape room and it was so much fun! It was tough but we enjoyed trying to figure it out. Dimitri and Dillon (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing at getting us checked in and helping us with our clues. They seem to really be on top with running everything with multiple groups all going at one time. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Demitry was great with helping us! He was able to give us clues in the ways that didn’t give away the hints! He was right on when we needed the hints and we didn’t have to waste time waiting for him to show up. Definitely will return!

First ever escape room visit. From the moment w got there until we left the staff (Demitry) was great. He answered all our questions and set us up for a fun time. If you’re considering going to an Escape room I highly recommend. Was worth the 45 min drive!

Demitry was an excellent room monitor! We did the Superhero room, and though we could not finish in-time, we had so much fun and will definitely be back with a vengeance!

We has a great time. Read had is thinking and working together. The guy that worked their not sure if his name was Demeitre or Dominick but really nice and helpful. He took the time to really explain how everything worked, great sense of humor and just great customer service all around. Thank you for helping our experience be better.

We didn’t even get to do the escape room. My husband and I had a private room with our 7 children - and they wanted us to wear our masks in the room the whole time. We walked around the mall, played at Dave and buster, saw a movie at regal- all with no masks. But they wanted us and our small children to wear masks for an hour while playing and escape room when LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE ROOM WITH US. There is no common sense any more. This was a horrible experience and you lost out on the $250 we were going to pay for the private room. Instead, the mall, Dave and buster, and regal theater got our money. Oh well ‍️

We tried a room that was way too hard for us but still had a great time. Demitry was a great host.

Great fun - great service. They were super informative and honest and helpful. Dimitri and Aria were awesome. Even my 6 year old had fun and was able to do some figuring out— yet it was still challenging for me. We had to use the hint opps! (We did treasure island)

Only 1 staffer working with a bunch groups coming in. We had an 1110 booking and didnt end up starting until 1130. It was our first time at one of these only because our daughter wanted to do it for birthday, but it seemed really cheesy and not really worth $28 per person. Tried to book on Groupon but it kept kicking back my payment. It's all just a bunch of locks and terribly written clues. We beat the local record for Alcatraz and beat the master level with 10 seconds to spare. Dimitri was very helpful and patient as well as apologetic that we were delayed. He never took our team name for the new record though and didn't give us a cool prop for our free picture. Did we have fun? Sure, if that's what you want to call it. Will we return? No. 5 Wits will be our next adventure. The other person with us said it was much better and more of an interactive and thrilling experience.

We came on a busy Saturday and Demitry was alone running the show. He did a great job resetting rooms, giving hints and checking people in despite being the only one working. Had a good time and would come back!

This review only has one star because it does not let you give zero stars. This was by far the worst escape room experience we have ever had. I made the reservation on the phone and was helped by a lovely woman, but it all went downhill once we got there. To begin with, as soon as we stepped foot into All in Adventure Escape Room from the mall, we could feel the temperature rise 10 degrees. It was too hot to be comfortable as we completed the ridiculously long check-in. We played the Superheroes room, which we were told had three levels. While playing, we encountered two locks that were not even locked. We completed the first level and were working on the second level, (which is just another lock in the sane room) and we were sure we had the code for a 5-diigit lock in the room, but it would not open. Each of us tried, using up a bunch of our time. So we decided to ask for a hint. First, Demitry came in and he could not open the lock. He left the room with the timer going, to check on it. After some time passed, the employee with no name tag, long hair, and dragonfly shoes came in, he confirmed that we had the correct number combination, but he could not open the lock either. He said that someone must have changed the combination. As he continued to try and open the lock, he started to verbally tell us a clue that was supposed to be in the box. He could not remember the clue, and had to leave the room to check the hint sheet. He left the timer running. When he came back he stopped the timer while he was trying to open the lock again. Then he says the clue to us and starts the timer. We guessed at the clues and then when we get it, he just tells us that we got it and we finished the last challenge. They had said there were 3 levels initially, and that they would take us to another room for the third level. That did not happen. It was really ridiculous. When we mentioned that we would like to speak to the manager, Demitry told us that the manager quit. We said that we really did not get the full experience of this room and that we should get some money back, and he said even if his manager didn’t quit, she wouldn’t do that. He pointed out a sign with QR code in case we wanted to write a review, and we said that we definitely would because this was a terrible waste of our money. Demitry then walked away into another room, slammed the door, and must have kicked something, because we heard another loud bang, which scared my six year old niece. Our family group of 7 adults and 3 children paid $285 for an awful experience.
