All Borough Party Rental of NYC

Our venue informed us about a week before our wedding (last summer) that unfortunately the furniture we were planning to use for our reception was disposed of. We called in All Borough Party Rentals and they were able to give us the chairs and tables we needed at such a reasonable price, and they were so great at delivering and picking up the furniture even if they only had to receive instructions over the phone. My husband and I even ended up loving how All Borough’s furniture looked (in real life and in photos) much better than the original furniture that was planned. Would definitely recommend them for anyone with furniture rental needs in the NYC area!

Changing review to 4 stars. Would still absolutely use their services again because once you get their quote and the contract is signed, everything runs smoothly and they have such a great variety of products! The delivery guys are great too. I changed it to 4 stars because it is hard to reach them initially to receive a quote. If you send an email out for a quote, you might not get an answer because they seem to be extremely busy, especially during the warmer seasons. The best thing to do is to put in an online quote and then follow up by calling them. I had better luck in the mornings.

Other than that, i rented from them for our baby shower, and it went off without a hitch after the contract was all signed and ready to go.

I used All Borough Party Rental's services in June 2021 for my backyard wedding (COVID times, ya know?). I couldn't have been happier with their service! They were on time, the rentals came as described, and since this was my first time using their service, they took the time to carefully listen to what my needs were. Highly recommended. I will be renting from them again for my baby shower:)

Literally don't waste your time. I rented 20 white folding chairs, my husband went to pick it up and they look so nasty, dirty, and the paint was peeling off. They dont look nothing like how they have on their page. I spoke to a lady and she said well that's what you get because the chairs are $1.85 each. What kind of service is that? Even if the chairs are ONE CENT you still have to give good quality chairs and a good customer service because if you don't nobody is going to recommend this place next time. That lady is not even on top of her work and doesn't even know what's going on because she also said that I rented the chairs today as last minute witch is not true because I have emails of the estimate and some form that I needed to sign BEFORE I rented the chairs and BEFORE my husband went to pick it up, witch I did. WHEN SOMEBODY OPEN A SMALL OR BIG 'BUSINESS' THEY DO IT WITH THE MENTALITY OF GIVING THE BEST SERVICE, FROM WHAT I LEARN FROM THIS PLACE IS THAT THEY ONLY DO IT BECAUSE OF THE MONEY. NOT WORTH IT.

I am so confused by these great reviews. I have requested a quote online, left a message, called over 10 times.all with no response for over a week at this point. Tried calling again today during business hours and got the voicemail again, after the phone connection strangely kept cutting off. Does anyone know if this place has been shut down?

Great place to rent from, this is our second time and on both ocassions the experiences were great. Always met the front line staff and they are very willing to assist and make your visit as pleasant as they possibly can.
