My partners Jeep Cherokee had an issue with the parking break. It would deploy when the car was parked but not allow us to take it off. The team at Carlos Alba diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately the problem reoccurred. They sent a mechanic out, over two hour round trip, and he reset the system for her. Great service!

Came here for a NYS car inspection. He told me it would take 45 min, gave him my keys, left for a coffee, came back 45 min later to see my car waiting on the curb with the stickers on the windshield. Paid my $37, went on my way. Super easy and very friendly and professional service. I recommend!

Stopped by with a flat tire and they were incredibly busy so pointed me to a place just a few blocks away. But when they came out to see how flat it was, they immediately stopped what they were doing to help me and fixed my tire in less than five minutes. And above and beyond fantastic experience with some really nice people. Thank you!

I went here for a car inspection once and was in and out in a half hour. Can't speak to their other services but I had a good experience.

Very grateful to Carlos and the work he did in repairing my airbag clockspring. He was realistic when he could admit my car to his garage and then he kept our agreement. As a female it is nice to feel respected in an auto repair shop. He did not speak down to me and explained exactly what was going to happen. He was very straightforward. Plus I enjoyed speaking to the others in the waiting room, too! Even though the part he ordered came in at a higher price, he honored his initial quote to me. I been there Twice today to get my vehicle inspected they refuse there excuse it's to many cars I told them it's all good and left when to another nys inspection station and had no issues got my vehicle inspected. Their Customer service is poor
