Second time visiting, and this experience was the absolute worse. They told me to keep my jacket on because my shirt was a beige color. Not only that, but they told me to look NOT directly to the camera but under it. They were arguing with me, raising their voice, not being patient, and it was honestly the worse customer service experience ever. If you are going to explain why you told me to look under the camera, please use different ways of explaining it. You kept saying the same thing over and over again, which I did not understand - in Chinese or in English. Definitely will not be coming back anymore.

Spare yourself those $10 for 2 passport photos that’ll leave you with regrets and frustration.

Don't go to this store! They are stealing personal information, I got a PDF copy of my passport over there and I swear I haven't divulged my passport info anywhere else, and that was the first time I got a copy for my passport. And after a month someone used my passport to apply a phone number, and use that number in a scam.

The content of previous reviews is really not trustworthy. After I came here to renew my passport and take a photo, the boss was enthusiastic and considerate throughout the process and was very efficient. Like it!

Cold, impatient, and Bad attitude the photographer is!

The owner answered me that he believes me try to hurt his business.
In fact, I went his store first because it’s very close to the bus station.
However, the photographer was not good attitude to me and then I left without any hesitation.
I searched another photo store on Googles maps.
They helped me a lot and I feel good that’s why I gave them good reviews.
There is a receive paper in my pocket!
If Google ask me what happened, I will send my receive paper.
There’s no excuse for your response!

Came here twice for my kids passport photos. Both time the owner was very professional and only charges $10 for 2 copies of the photos. The owner was also nice enough to edit the pictures for us before printing without any extra charge. Highly recommend this place if you need any photo taken.

Go here instead of Walgreens/cvs. I went to get my passport photo taken at Walgreens and the worker literally took a photo of me in front of everyone with a little camera and the pictures came out awful. So I decided to come here instead afterwards and the guy used a professional camera, the photo came out very very nice and the price was good. No complaints. I had a good experience.

Closed! Wrong time updated, and no time is posted anywhere! I took photos from here before but they closed before the time on the door! What the hell

Great quality, great price and really quick service. Ordered big prints and they were available the next day, framed and all.

Super quick service, they’re able to do passport photos for any country so that’s a big plus. Would highly recommend
