Advance Lock and Key

I called Ash today to have a lock changed at my store. He was very professional and polite. He showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly changed the lock. He answered a bunch of questions I had about another door and helped me with a latch. I would highly recommend his service.

Outstanding service for years! As a child I would be with my single- parent father throughout a lot of his errands. He worked as a local plumber, and made many positive relationships with store owners. Learning from this, I follow his footsteps and try to go to community owners as well.

*THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE* I was unfortunately locked out of my apartment last night (for the 2nd time), so a good friend of mine took me to make copies of my apartment keys at Advance Lock & Key, and I am so glad she brought me here! We were not only greeted so kindly by Ash but his service was phenomenal! He was patient, personable, informative, and made the most wonderful spare copies of my keys ever! I highly recommend utilizing the services at this business location! And thanks Ash!:)

I’ve always driven past this spot but never needed to stop in until my friend was locked out of her apartment last night. We dropped in to make a few copies and Ash greeted us immediately. He was extremely kind and you can tell from his mannerism why they’ve been in business for all these decades.

I definitely recommend to drop in when you need to make a few extra copies of your keys. They also have so many cute designs, you won’t want to lose your keys!

I called five 24 hours locksmith places to get a duplicate key for my house but unfortunately all were unable duplicate it. I did not no the reason why they couldn't do it. I called Ash from advance lock and key to see maybe he can help me and I did not hear "no" but excitement because apparently I have a very old style key from the 50s. He said it would be tough but he would be able duplicate my key and I knew I found the right person to help me out with this problem I had for a couple of months.

I had Ash earlier today, it was a pleasure working with him, he did our two knobs with ease even tho it was his first time working with this type of door knobs, he’s very humble and functional, he cares about his customer’s satisfaction more than the profit he gains

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called today (1/3/23) and Ash told me he would come by to look and give an estimate.low and behold -he was able to change out the bolt really quickly! Super nice made sure the bolt was working before he left- and i know if i have any other lock issues hes the one i will call -

My fiance was adamant that I help write this review about his experience here. He went here to get a copy of his motorcycle key made. He was very happy with the 2 gentlemen that helped him, saying they were not only very welcoming and personable, but also hilarious. His original key was a bit bent for an older modeled motorcycle. He went to Advance Lock and Key with hopes that they can try to copy it, and he came home with 3 keys. Needless to say how grateful he was. Thank you guys!

I bought a jeep with only 1 key. Called the local jeep dealer put on hold and transferred to voicemail. Remembered that locksmiths can do keys. Only locksmith I used and will ever use Advance. I called, 10 minutes later I was there, five minutes later I had my programed key. Most pleasant experience. Ash was extremely professional courteous helpful. As a walk in - you never know what type of service you may get. Ash was not only professional and pleasure to speak with - but notably fast. He made programming my fob quick and painless.
