Advance Auto Parts

Went to purchase a battery and have it get installed, but was told that they wouldn’t be able to do it because it was “after dark” (could’ve used a flashlight maybe?). Older guy behind counter also seemed very confused when I mentioned that the car’s computer needed to be coded with a new battery install, something that the Advance Auto Parts website assures their customers they can do. This was one of the only days I had to get this done, but when I do have the time, I will not be going to this location to do it.
