Mark was a tremendous help in the process of finding the car part that I needed. I received the parts I ordered online in less than 2 days, whereas other stores I called said they would have my part in about 1-2 weeks. Very fast service, excellent employees who go above and beyond; especially Mark. He explained everything he was doing and did so politely and enthusiastically. He is a great asset and I will definitely be purchasing from Advance Auto again in the near future.

I called this place and it says that this is UPS location store. I asked the employee to confirm if this is advanced auto parts. He hanged up on me. I called again to confirm. He hanged up again. What kind of employees do you even Have they can't simply answer? Yes. This is Advanced auto parts but they show their arrogance. They are so disrespectful shame on this place will never shop in my life again

I was standing to pay for my items while one salesman was on speaker phone and the other was eating a snack. Waited 5 minutes no one said anything to me so I walked out and will never go back. This was Colonie store in strip mall
