Can management tell the young man behind the counter to speak clearly and pull his pants up? He wasn’t even making an effort to look like he actually is employed there. Additionally, staffing issue forcing this location to close at 6: 30pm is inconvenient and embarrassing.

Management replied to me thanking about the issue but nothing about what they are going to improve. They stated just hope I come back. Why would I do that. What a joke! QI is responding, get real! Stores could be closings soon, watch the News. Profit

Keep sending me discounts from stores 70 miles away even though I set up my favorite store 3miles away. Very bothering

This store did not open until 30 minutes late, have customers standing outside. Guy finally comes in with an attitude. Do not go here!

I stood in what I thought was a line to make a purchase and the two staff members worked at a snail's pace and of the two one was only servicing a customer. I stood there for almost 5 minutes without a acknowledgement of being a customer.

Generally has the parts I need when I need them. The exceptions would be a hard to find part that maybe only the dealer would be able to get. I have never had a major issue and have been happy.

My car broke down in the Tops parking lot next door. This was 30 minutes before Advanced closed. Scott was able to jump my car so I could move it in front of advanced. Diagnose with their plug in tool that I needed a new battery and replace the battery in that 30 minutes. It was so fast, easy and convenient. I've never had my car breakdown like that and been back on the road that quick in my life. Thank you Scott!

I went to the one at 942 McKinley ave. Excellent customer service. And ordered the part i needed he said he will call when it comes in.
