I bought a radiator in this store and it was twice as expensive as on Amazon. I thought the price was higher because it was the original and it turns out that it is even of lower quality than the one on Amazon. I don't recommend these stores. Better prices on Amazon.
Hire more staff. I shouldn’t have to wait almost 30 minutes to simply checkout items I have in my hands. I don’t fault the employees. Management simply doesn’t hire enough staff.
This place is the worst. Why is the cashier the same as customer service. You can have your purchases ready to buy with one person in front of you online and wait 15 minutes. Then, when its your turn they have type for five minutes like TSA. Not going there again.
It's a good store I like it but I really purchase there because the price always is more expensive than other stores. I only buy stuff there that I can't find in other places. If you're not afraid to pay some extra bucks for nothing you can go there and purchase whatever you want.
If I could give A half star I would but 1 star will have to do I ended a part and I told the MAN MY CAR AND ALL THE RIGHT INFO and he sold me a part that was not for my car then when I went to return it he said he couldn’t do it when another advanced did it no problem at all. The person who I found out was a AGM didnt even try or anything just said can’t do it. So I went back to Ronkonkoma advanced auto and less the 4 min it was returned the AGM in Ronkonkoma was very helpful and explained everything and sold me the right part so even if you have to drive a Lil bit I recommend not using Huntington and drive 15 min more and going to Ronkonkoma you will get the help you need I. That store not Huntington.
Some of the worst customer service, that never seems to get any better. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. They never have what you are looking for anyway. The short know it all kid, that cant keep his mouth shut and tries to look busy when the manager walks past should be avoided at all costs. Literally and figuratively. Unknowledgeable and useless.
I went in to purchase something, the guy was sitting behind the cash register. I put my stuff on the counter. He didn't say anything. He then proceeded to move down to the final cash register, waited a little while and then asked "can I help you sir? "
Updated review: i went to their store on Larkfield Rd, 2 employees were on the phone. But the 3rd employee just put things in a cart & even though he saw me disregarded my presence. After waiting several minutes no one spoke to me that they'll help me to purchase auto parts. As a result I will never go to Advance Auto Parts again and instead I started going to Autozone and now refreshingly I have willingly helpful employees eager to serve me as a customer. Therefore I do NOT recommend going to Advance Auto Parts because of their don't care if you walk out attitude!
Raja is the freaking best! Every time I go in he’s there to help. He’s a genuine person and always goes out of his way to help. I was there early and he let me in and went out if his way to get me what I needed. He has a good heart and has my business for life. He treats everybody with respect and helps get my Tacoma driving and looking good!
This is a great shop with really nice employees. It's geared a bit more toward evrryday customers than pros, and the staff were helpful. They changed my wiper blades lightning quick!
Staff was helpful and store was clean, which for an Auto Parts store is kind of surprising. Plenty of options to chose from. Came in for 1 item and left with 6
Last week visited this store to pick up fuel pump to take the gas out of lawn mower. Staff is welcoming and helpful.all the shelves are well stocked and aisles are spacious. These day they are maintain social distance due to corona virus. Prices are very reasonable.
Customer service at its best! Purchased windshield wipers and they installed them. Absolutely amazing! Especially during this Pandemic! Great job to the staff! We appreciate you all!
I had a issue with my radiator hose, I was just looking for patch it, that's all! Hand in his pocket I don't know man we don't sell anything to fix a rubber hose sorry.what is this? A pharmacy? Come on, put some experienced people!
I went into the store, no one was behind the register. Great security risk. Was looking for a product on the shelf by myself. There was nothing in the area I was looking at that I saw was the right product. The clerk/cashier was now behind the register helping a customer. The customer left, and I asked where my item was. Instead of giving me a little courtesy by showing me, he just mumbled something about it being next to something. By the way, I was the only customer in the store. I left after looking again. I WILL NEVER COME IN AGAIN. I will also tell others of my experience. If in fact he is in any way in a management capacity. RETRAIN HIM!
