Terrible company. I had a brand new terrace door installation that was under warranty but the lock never worked. They kept telling me that they’ll fix it, but never did (that was 20 months ago). They have absolutely no regards for my family’s safety. Go somewhere else if you are looking for a reliable installer.

Excellent service arranged by a very congenial service manager. The repairs were done quickly and expertly and my windows now work like a charm.

I have always found Ross to be super professional and accessible. They have completed all sizes of installations for us and they are one of the companies I feel very comfortable working with.

Nice trails, plenty of benches and picnic tables with grills

Their repair service of the windows didn't last more than a few days. I had to pay extra for them to come and fix my windows without success. So here i am, 2 winters later with draughty windows. No wonder they don't take credit card and they insist on checks.

I went looking for a part, but they didn't carry it. The staff in the office was quite helpful.
