Large! A place to get lost. You can browse for hours. I worked with two of the sales people and it was great. Very good knowledge about the products.

Impossible to buy anything. You can’t get help. Then they give you the wrong size. Then they refuse to get you the correct size. Too busy chatting with their colleagues and listening to the overbearing loud music. Just order online. Way less hassle.

This is a 3 stars for basically all the adidas in nyc. Idk how is possible no store have a shoe. If it would be a hard exclusive one I would understand, but it’s not. The competitors are working much better when it comes to find the model you want

Atleast 5 associates walked right past us and ain’t say a word…. Product selection is good but not really feelin the vibe from the folks on the floor.

Great stock especially Y3 range is lovely. Staff needs training, incredibly lazy and rude… actually ended up not buying anything because staff was just walking by and saying they are busy

Beyonce's Ivy Park Line from Adidas is smoking hot! Vibrant green jogging suit in the center of the store is the perfect location. Adidas is always on their game!

I looooooove this store. The 1st floor and lower level has all of beyonces new clothing line for women men and kids. Ivy Park Adidas is the best. You go bey!

Terrible store. It’s nothin like it was 5 years ago. Store looks like a mess with no customer service. I can’t believe this is the flagship because it looks like an outlet! I do not recommend better off shopping online.

The soccer section costumer service is really bad they are not helpful they have no experience and no knowledge about the products usually I don’t write reviews but for this one they just make me feel disappointed and bad.

To have to go through a silly app for a reservation and have an item "secured" to then be told to wait an hour in the cold. Head inside and be told they don't have the reservation in my size. No apologies or anything just move along to the next person.

Stopped by here to grab some new kicks and update my adidas wardrobe a bit. My wife and I had been walking around the aqua for quite a while and she needed a restroom. After seeing the restrooms beside the shoe section and watching employees go in and out of them, she asked the cashier if she could use the restroom while I checked out. The cashier said they were out of order… And she continued this story after we explained seeing adidas employees in and out of them. Such a disrespectful and inconsiderate approach to paying customers can’t be rewarded. We left our merchandise on the counter and left. No argument from the cashier, they do not care.

Disinterested in helping me find a size. The first person I had to approach and when I asked where a section was he didn't even respond to me. Just pushed me off to another associate. She tried to help but wasn't super enthusiastic and didn't seem to know what they had or what size was available for a given style. Pretty disappointing.

I was returning a few items that I bought online that didn’t fit. Service was impeccable. Floyd processed my return with no muss or fuss. In fact, I had started the return online and he helped me get through to customer service on the phone to undo the online return so he could do it in the store. I was in and out in 5 min. Normally I would stay and browse but no time today.

Been going back and forth with an order number for a PU for two hours. Nobody has clue what is going on with me order. Nobody can locate it. Waste of time and effort! Although i met some amazing sales people who were willing to help. But to see managers clueless is appalling! I might as well worked as a volunteer at the store.

The shoes were of very good quality, the purchase was quick and the people who attend did it in a good way.

The have a lot of people on the floor but only 2 people per register and lines of people. Not a polite management on the Main store

I went in limping because I've been walking all day and the first greeting I had was an associate offering help and explaining that I could sit down and they would take care of all the shopping for me! I bought some nice shoes and I'm hoping to go back soon for more stuff!

Do you have a couple of years to buy sneakers? This is the SLOWEST service of any store anywhere ever. Took 20 minutes to get two sizes to try on. Finally get shoes. Go to check out. No one at register. I gesture to a worker across the room. Nothing. Leave register and someone takes other customers over and checks them out. Put my $300 of stuff on a bench and left.

Excellent selection and very helpful staff. Ray helped us on both visits there this past weekend and his help was invaluable ️. This is a big, spacious and clean store in a great location near Rockefeller Plaza! Great selection of hard to find Stella McCartney Adidas collection!

The cashier automatically added donation fee to my purchase without asking me first and just read out the final amount when asking me to swipe my card. It's not a big deal for donation but it's still a non-consensual transaction. Hope they are more transparent in the future.

I like it. I would like to see some more black faces around there. Not just IG models who have no interest in the job at all.

Extremely frustrating when i make a purchase to find out all of the accessories to come with the shoe… are not in the box. I’ve been trying to call for the past 2 months.the phone was answered once. I was told they couldn’t ship me the accessories that i would have to come back in. Im unable to do that seeing as though i even live in New York. I have tried to set up countless times for someone to come and pick the accessories up and for the PAST 2 MONTHS … NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE CONCIERGE PHONE. I love how they made sure that i review my experience before i left but didn’t even check to ensure that everything was in the box and won’t answer the phone.i had to go online later to discover that! Beyond annoyed.
