Trent is AMAZING! I called AAA when my car died last week. Trent came out and started my car in less than 2 minutes. When my car died again over the weekend Trent came back to start it again. While he was here he realized what the problem was, explained it to me, and fixed it! Trent saved me over $300 in mechanic, towing, and repairs costs. I HIGHLY recommend Trent and Action Towing and Service.

My son hit a curb and Action was sent out by roadside assistance. Jason was there earlier than expected and very pleasant. He got my son home to me safe and sound. Thank you so much.

I thought I would have to guide Dave to my car, as I was in a parking lot, but he found it on his own, and within just a few minutes had it ready to tow to Monro Tire Center. An amazing job well done from Dave!

Blew out 2 tires in a bad part of town and Action was there in about 20 mins. Easy process, fair pricing. Will definitely call again when needed.

I got my car towed here, the towing was good so I decided to get my brakes done here, they charged me like 1200 dollars. The brakes seized up a week later. So I'm going to take my car somewhere else now so they can fix the brakes properly.
I recommend not getting brake work done here.

Used through Geico, the experience was absolutely the worst. Was told someone would be there in 90 minutes, at 126p. After several calls to dispatch, I didn't get a call until 3 hours later at 3p, and they had went to the wrong address. When trying to send the correct address and explaining there was a pregnant woman in the car who had been there for over three hours they still did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue and required another ticket be placed and another 90 minute wait be had.

By that time neighbors and family had come to the rescue and took the tire off, bought a new tire and replaced it.

When the tow driver, dispatch and everyone knew there was a pregnant woman in the car for over 3 hours, you'd think some accommodations would be made. Very hurtful and unsatisfactory experience. No compassion at all. Why couldn't the driver be dispatched to the correct address instead of requiring a new ticket and a whole new wait? Especially when they were 10 minutes away at the wrong address and had already had her waiting far beyond the time they said they'd be there. They finally decided to show up at 430p and by that time the community was more helpful than the tow service.

Triple A sent Action to me for a lockout, the service was quick and efficient, the service man was very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend when you are in a predicament like I was.

Tow truck driver sped through a well-beyond red light in a 40mph residential neighborhood. I personally would not do business with a company that has that little regard for families’ safety let alone the safety of my vehicle.

After several hours of waiting on my Happy Father's Day, my patience had paid off with an excellent service with Muhammad Ali. He wa Very professional with his skill in trades and knowledge how to un-disabled my car over than first Bald Hill Towing couldn't figure it out. That was my pure lucky day!

The driver actually threatened me, Swore continually, physically and verbally threatened me, destroyed my car while mounting and dismounting, ripped body parts off and spead off while I was calling on him, can't believe triple a used this company and we ll see what's done about it never use this company

Not the same shop it used to be. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I'm a women and have an older car. I will not be taking my business back to them.

Andrew was so nice and helpful when he picked me and my truck up. He helped calm my mind and prioritized my comfort by letting me wait in the warm truck. He even provided a little diagnosis Anon the ride to the shop with his best guess of what happened and the probable fix. Real nice guy with a good personality. He was cracking jokes and helped me feel at ease after my bad luck.

I was in the median just past Rush on 390 South, Monday, 2/27. The snow storm made roads tough to navigate. The tow truck showed up up faster than I expected. Dave Tiefert was the driver. Nicest guy. He talked me thru the process of getting me back on the road. I was very impressed with his professionalism and road side manner.
Would definitely use Action again.

Two and a half hours for a tow.i was four blocks away from their dispatch and it was two and a half hours for a tow.get towed by literally anyone else.

Andrew towed my car tonight and he was SO fabulous! He went above and beyond! His customer service was impeccable! You have a great employee!

Adam was amazing he made sure to greet himself have a small chat with us. Let us know what he was going to be doing and then completed the task of changing the tire not only that but he helped me to get the tire into my car the one that he took off he even had to help me to know what place I could go to to get my rim and tire fixed. I am really excited about this company and Adam in particular. Thank you.

Andrew, one of the employees here- saw me struggling at an air station (which of course was broken) and my tire was completely flat. He came over to help me when it was freezing out, to inflate my tire! He was so sweet, and didn’t make me feel like the idiot I know I probably looked like, having drove to this gas station with a flat tire lol I would 10/10 recommend for their knowledge, kindness and work ethic! Mario Santani arrived to tow my disabled car to my dealer. He made several attempts to enable my car for towing even though the battery was completely spent and therefore the electrically operated systems would not work. He had several "tricks up his sleeve" and used them all and was finally able to get my car on the flatbed. He did this all with a smile on his face and a congenial manner. I am sold on Action Towing because of him!

WORST customer service ever! Deserves 0 stars. Was told the wait would be one hour. After two hours I called back and was told another 20 minutes. I called them back 40 minutes later and the man was so rude and nasty and told me it would be another 20 minutes. Then my insurance agent called to get better information and she said the same man was so nasty to her she didn’t feel comfortable repeating his words. Insurance company is filing their own complaint. Stay far, far away from these incompetent rude people!

My family and I were headed out on a trip when our car broke down in a busy section of the NYS Thruway. Henry and Ryan were amazing! They helped calm our nerves and got us safely to the dealer. They had room in the truck for our whole family, including our son’s car seat. I would recommend these guys and Action Towing to anyone. Thank you for your speedy assistance!

I went in to get my vehicle inspected and it did not take more than 15 minutes. My Jeep is always well taken care of anytime I am in there for any work!

I called a few places to have my car towed. Action Towing had the lowest price. Additionally, though, the woman on the phone was the nicest of anyone that I spoke with. The tow truck driver was also extremely nice and respectful. So the entire experience start to finish was very pleasant and I will only be using this company from now on.

Michael is the man. He arrived ahead of schedule. (Downtown Rochester) Was professional, polite & friendly. Had me loaded on the flat bed with the utmost care. He confirmed a few things, and made sure I had a ride elsewhere before he left. I felt bad I didn't have cash for a tip.

While on a road trip my friend and I broke down and triple AAA sent us Henry from Action Towing. Henry showed in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating. We had a 2 hour trip back and he allowed us time for a stop to eat. Henry was friendly and joked with us on the trip home.

I slid off road and action towing driver Andrew was able to get me back on the road. The driver was very professional and even went the extra mile to make sue i was ok. And just over all made a great lasting impression.

While traveling the new York thruway the car I was in had mechanical issues Henry from action towing answered the call. It was extremely cold and he made my safety and well being a priority. I have used this company a few times to tow my car from my home to the repair shop. Each time the drivers have been very professional and courteous. The last tow driver was Mario and I really appreciated the effort he put into having to use the wrench to guide my car down the narrow driveway at my home. I have and will continue to recommend Action Towing to people I know.

What great customer service Action Automotive has! My car was at a dealer for service and they told me the battery needed replacing. My battery was still under warranty with Action Auto and Action went to the dealership and fixed the issue - all while I was still at work! They called me on the phone to explain everything and answer all my questions - really made sure I was satisfied. Will definitely use them again! If you want peace of mind regarding your car you should check them out.

Excellent response time, very patient with me. They were incredibly thorough while checking out my car to find the problem and solve it quickly. They're definitely up at the top of my list for who to go to with car troubles from now on. Legitimate lifesavers! This is my first car and I have no idea what I'd do without it. Want to send a public thanks to Shaun last night for the quick service. Was stuck on 90-W NYS thruway - first ever car failure. Had to call Emergency Service which connect to Thruway which connected to Action. Was there in 23 mins from when Action called me. Thank you to the call coordinators as well.
Approx $245 tow from Henrietta to Canandaigua but it was needed and I had minimal options.

Customer service kept changing the story of when the driver would be there to get my car, 2.5 hours later someonebshows up and when calling to seebif they could do anything this business was not in any way professional or accommodating.

I'm very pleased with action towing and service. Andrew came to the rescue. Not only was he kind, polite, professional, and very good at his job. Action towing and service is very fortunate to have Andrew on their team. I highly recommend this company for towing.

Geico sent out a dispatch call, and even with it being late at night, Action Towing showed up fast and got my lockout problem fixed right away. They were friendly, professional, and made it look easy!

The guy showed up and had no clue how to jump a hybrid he put the jump pack on said turn key it didn't start he said ok nothing more I can do here and walked off and now it's still broke down.was going to send it to their shop to get fixed but he changed my mind for me

They have netflix and a playroom for kids so they are family friendly. That in itself has made them my number 1 car repair pick along with prompt service and excellent customer service! Their prices are amazing as well!

On Thursday 3/11/21, at 1: 20pm, my car was picked up by Action Towing of Rochester. I asked them to tow my vehicle to Bob Johnson Buick GMC at 4389 W Ridge Road, Rochester NY, 14626. My car was to be serviced at this location on 3/12/21. On 3/13/21, I called the dealership for an update on my car, and they told me they didn’t have it, and it was not delivered by Action Towing of Rochester. I called Action Towing of Rochester and they confirmed to me the car was delivered to 4389 W Ridge Road. I called Bob Johnson Buick GMC back to tell them this, they confirmed the car wasn’t there, and they would call other Bob Johnson dealerships for me to find my vehicle. 45 minutes later, I received a call that my vehicle was located at Websmart at 5049 West Ridge Road, Spencerport New York, 14559. Completely different dealership, completely different zip code. When I called Action Towing of Rochester back, I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager working. I explained the situation and that my car had been missing for three days, and I was told the drivers just take the cars where the GPS tells them too. I asked the receptionist why they didn’t confirm they were at the right dealership and she said she didn’t know, she didn’t know how the drivers were trained. I asked why my car wasn’t checked in for service, she said she didn’t know. I explained that my car had been missing for three days and it was there fault and she didn’t even apologize. I asked if she would talk to the driver that did this and she said yes, but she didn’t even ask for any identifying information from me so she knew which driver to speak to.
She didn’t care that if my car was never found it would be on them, and just kept reiterating that the GPS system took the driver to the wrong place.

My neighbor called when she or her guest got stuck ON MY FRONT LAWN. It remains to be seen how much damage was done to my lawn. It's awful!

I was actually stuck in the snow in a parking lot and couldn’t get out but these guys saw me and with no hesitation they pulled me out! I recommend them for any towing whatsoever, very greatfull people and.they crack jokes with you no but seriously props to them for being awesome people!

The driver Andrew was earlier than the estimated time. He was extremely kind, polite, thorough and very respectful. He was very interesting and engaging while he gave me a lift to the garage with my car and made sure I had a ride home before he left. That is true service! I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Best service I have every used.

I barried my car in the snow and Mario Santana spent a good 45 min to get me out. I would still be sitting there freezing if it wasn't for his help and skill in getting me out of a tight situation.

The man that came to my house was very rude had no mask on he was coughing all over the place he would not move my car from the driveway he made my friend push it to the road he did not back up his truck I've never experienced anything like that with the high risk of cove he should have had a mask on and I'm hoping the company did something about it cuz I did report him very unprofessional

They told me they would have a tow truck within an hour and an hour and a half. Waited well over 2 1/2 hours before their arrival. Not even the decency of a courtesy call to let me know that they were running behind. Would never use them again. They obviously don’t think much or care about a stranded passenger.

Excellent service. I couldn’t get my trunk to close (latch problems) and didn’t know what to do with the possibility of leaving my trunk open overnight. Thankfully, Dequan showed up - in a very timely manner - and managed to get the trunk closed after attempting a myriad of methods. I cannot stress enough how much effort and creativity Dequan put into getting that trunk to close, and how friendly and professional he was the whole way through. I’ve had AAA for years, and although I’ve always received good service, Dequan and action towing and service really did go above and beyond.

The place was huge it felt like I was at the dealership with out the long wait time. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I understand what my car needed. I felt in control and not taken advantage of I’ll be back. Five stars, which they were open on Saturdays
