I recently had a friend's father pass away, devastating their family. The memorial took months to put together and the family had to fly from across the world to congregate in a town nearby this flower shop.
I wanted to send flowers to offer some support. My initial reach out to this shop was positive; a welcoming and "no problem" attitude for less than 24 hours advance notice for a flower delivery. I had paid a steep price of roughly $120 for the delivery but was happy to do so for the inconvenience. The next day, I received a text saying they would be delivered - great!
Another day goes by, my friend said she never saw the flowers and nor did any member of the church that it was supposedly received by. I called the flower shop the day after to find some recourse - I was treated like a nuisance. I wanted them to send the flowers to a new location since the first one mysteriously disappeared. The response was "I'm not going out to Port Jervis" - a town only 20 minutes away, mind you. A terse "the best I can do for you is half credit" before I was hurried off the phone and quickly hung up on without allowing me a response.
This type of service sickens me. It is grossly unsympathetic and wildly unprofessional for a business that offers products symbolizing kindness and caring.
Alan, I might have taken the half credit if I wasn't treated this way - but instead, I will let my credit card company dispute the charge and I will be getting my money back for a service not rendered.
Do not order from here if you're expecting reliable or respectful service.

Best place in Orange County to get amazing arrangements. My significant other won't let me order from anywhere else.especially for this special occasions
