Very good quality products
I bought some 2 years ago, they haven't moved despite successive washes.

Love abercrombie and was excited to visit their new location but it’s an absolute shambles in here. Like shopping at a street side market…

Way too hot inside. There are nice chairs to sit down in while the other half shops.

Update August 2023: they renovated the store and the temperature is much more comfortable.

I was going to give it one star but I’m only giving it two stars because the service at the upstairs fitting room was great. The lady with glasses at the fitting room was super nice and attentive. The store standards were not up to par considering the other locations I’ve visited and considering this is their newest store. One person at the register and a huge long line. When I finally got rang up not only did a worker come interrupt the person ringing me up (assuming they were the manager) didn’t say excuse me. They had their own conversation while I waited there for about 10 minutes for her to finish ringing out my 4 items i bought. I tried to engage with the manager that was ringing me out (i know she had to be the manager because she had a chart with coverage and a walkie). I said hi how are you how’s it going? I got no reply back. Couple minutes later she goes, “it’s going”. If these are the individuals that are running your store please reconsider. This specific location did not have the welcoming atmosphere that other locations have.

This entire store smells like a urine soaked subway station. It’s not the fierce fragrance, it smells like someone peed on the floor and it dried.

Unfriendly staff, refused to let us try on dresses even though we were inside the store at 19: 50:/

Rude staff.
While shopping today (07/10/23), after standing in line to pay for almost 10 min in the bsmt lvl, cashier girl (short girl with glasses) told me to "calm down" after I refused to give them my email and saying "please, I just want to pay and get out of here, I spent enough time here already".
Staff needs attitude adjustment.

Looking for the good old days. In the past, there was a long queue in front of it. Now the store is empty….

I was looking for clothes for my son, normal prices but I did not receive assistance from the sales assistants.
Maybe it's not used in NY, but I really needed help but I couldn't find availability.

Walked out of store today. Service was appalling. Staff have no training. Staff walking around but not serving. 5th Ave store and staff are not trained.

They have too many styles and not stock of sizes in anything. I would much rather see less Styles and/or colors available in store, but all sizes available so I could actually shop in store.

Waiting 30 + minutes for an available changing room was just too much. I left without trying on any clothes. I wouldn't go back.

The manager is extremely rude, the girl with glasses! Rude and mean and slow motion in an annoying way!
Staff are extremely slow and they chat and laugh while people are waiting in line. Line for fitting rooms are about 30 minutes and another 30 for the register!
The manager was training a new hire and chit chatting with others while 20 people were in line!
Very poor experience!

Lots of choices but very dark. The prices not really a difference to Germany. Is spread over 3 floors and the staff were happy to help.

Large store over several floors (only in this branch until summer 2023). Selection was so well, probably because they are moving to the new branch soon. Usual Abercrombie clothing, no more "NY" things (which they used to have). Too bad for the tourists

These guys should go check Uniqlo and learn how to make cashier thing work. Long queues, no cashier in every level, need cling stairs back and fort just to able to pay. What happened to service. Clothes are nice, shopping experience is some 30 years old.

The store associates could have been a bit more welcoming and the stock of sizes could be improved, but otherwise a perfectly fine clothing store
