The service here is so delightful, the salon is well kept and they offer a variety of services. Shamsha is the best at Henna! I’ve been coming here for services for over three years.

Wasted $40.waste of time and money, i thought they could help me with some simple henna but its absolutely trash.a scam.not clean nor centered.

Called multiple times to confirm they have henna services which they did. BUT THE OWNER USES OLD CONES. I washed the henna off the next day (waiting 12+hrs) and almost no color was. Only some on palms. Such a waste of time and money

Got eyebrows done by Manbreet and Shamsha did an amazing work on both my mom and I. Also got the facial clean easy and relaxing.

Aside from the impeccable service, the lady who attended me was so sweet, diligent, and open minded when it comes to her customer’s thoughts/ideas. I got my henna/mehndi done, not only was she so productive and finished fast, but my design came out beautifully! The prices are also reasonable and fair compared to other businesses. So glad I came here!

I went just before the year end vacation at 6: 30pm - a couple of hours before the closing time. But they welcomed me and also accommodated a facial for which I didn’t book an appt earlier. Wonderful experience. Got a great hair cut. I forgot the name of the hairdresser but I was told that she was there since the opening of the store. Sweet lady with patience and very skilled hands. Very reasonably priced too. Kudos to the whole team. I would certainly recommend anyone to give a try. I love going back here.

Great place to get a cost effective yet beautiful haircut. Staff is very courteous. Suzan takes her time and makes sure that she cuts the exact length that has been specified to her.

I usually just go for eyebrows- but they had a promotion for a mini facial for $20 when I walked in. I have sensitive skin- but i’m not that red after. It was simple and to the point, a little under 30 mins- no frills- but def needed for my self care friday! Def suggest this place!

Today I had the wonderful cut, wash, and blow dry experience by stylist Susan. I was nervous as this was my first time at Aaina Salon and my first time having someone new style my hair. Susan took her time, but it was so worth it. She made sure every inch of hair cut to the same length. Thank you so much Susan and Aaina Salon for this wonderful experience! I’ll be back!

I have been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for years. I was never thrilled with the job they do, but its close to my house and I just settled. Occasionally, Id get someone who did a good job but it was inconsistent. Today, however, was the last time. I told the threader "a little thinner" and I literally walked out with 1998 brows. I look insane and now have to spend ten minutes every morning penciling them back on. She could tell I was horrified and basically just ignored me. I have been getting threading done for over 15 yrs and they've NEVER been this thin. Ugh I would not recommend.

I went for the 1st time to this parlour. Unprofessional service. I went for threading, the staff made a scratch like wound while threading. Its still paining when i do facewash or use moisturizer.

Literally the best eyebrow threading salon! Shamsha the owner is so skilled at doing my eyebrows and always makes the shape so nice. My grandma and mom also love the services here and this has been our salon for years.

This review is long overdue due. I use to come here all the time then one time I asked for a cleaning and she mad my eyebrow as thin as a strand of hair I immediately started crying I even told here why is it taking so long she took 30 min on my eyebrows… I kept saying just a cleaning. I had a wedding the next day and never felt so ugly everyone noticed it too so I knew it wasn’t just me. I still have them a shot and came back since I have been coming here for years and the owner is super nice and haven’t seen the lady since! Went there today… they have an sign that states mask are mandatory even if vaccinated. (which is fine! Totally understandable) but I didn’t have one so i opened the door and poked my head in and guess who I see! The lady who made my eyebrow less! I was nice and said hi do you have any mask? I see it’s mandatory! She just looks at me and says no in a nasty way.but why are you just so nasty.mind you she didn’t even have her mask on … it was on her chin… everyone inside had a mask on there chin if that was the case I could have just wore something on my chin as well. Owners nice but her staff is not good and always rude. Plus beware of the lady who basically shaves your whole eyebrow off! I don’t know her name wish I did! No name tag so I don’t know. Anyway I will not be coming back!

They’re the best I’ve been going here and the Carle Place location forever! I don’t trust anyone else for my eyebrows and they’re super inexpensive!

I have been here a couple of times and the owner is not the friendliest person.she picks and chooses who she wants to thread eyebrows for.she treats the actual workers (maybe 1 or 2) poorly and has an attitude most of the time. I only continue to go here bc the ladies thread my eyebrows very well and I always leave with perfectly shaped eyebrows.the owner just needs to be more professional and welcoming.it’s a small cramped space as well.

Went here recently to get henna done on my hand. The price and quality was great, I could tell the young woman knew what she was doing and she was able to follow the design of a picture I showed for reference! The henna stained well and started fading after about a week which was impressive.
My only problem was the lack of professionalism here. Within about two minutes of the young woman starting the henna design, she asks where I got my eyebrows down because “one of them is thinner than the other. ” I just got my eyebrows done the day prior and found that incredibly rude. I’m not sure if she was trying to convince me to get my eyebrows done too but that was a terrible approach.
