AAA Service Station

I take my car there for repairs. I have gotten very good service from the manager/owner and his staff.

I went to this place which is actually called NorBay. For an annual inspection. I watched the whole inspection go on. The car was never put on the lift. No wheels were removed to check brakes. But they put on the inspection report that left front and rear wheel were removed. And they were not. I watched the entire process go. Never again will I go to this place for anything second time nothing was done correctly

Got a flat in the middle of the night heading home from the Bronx. The tow driver couldn't even figure out how to drop the spare tire. He told me I was missing the tool and had me tow it back to his shop and I had to Uber home. The next day I had it towed back to my house in CT, I took one look at the manual and tried it myself. I got it down right away and changed it in about 20 minutes. Spent over 300$ between towing it twice and ubering home, all because this driver couldn't change a tire

I was in the process of moving down south when my car broke down near the GW bridge. I went to this shop and they had me out within 2 hours. Not only did they do a great job but they were the friendliest shop I’ve ever been to. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely go back.

Excellent personnel. Treat customers with respect and sympathetic about their car problems. Good work and reasonable charges.
