I called on a Monday to set up appt for furnace cleaning. He texted back his rate would be $125 + tax and at his request set an open morning time for Friday. A day or two later he sent me text to say he may be able to see me sooner. I missed his text (he should have called) and I apologized. On Friday I texted to ask what time and no response and he was no show. I guess he had a $bigger$ job than mIne. I’m home bound and on oxygen and really needed his help.

Plumbing issue. Pump in submersed wastewater crock quit working. Called several other places, they could not get to me before that night or on Monday (issue was on Friday morning.) Called A Plus, they arrived within 2 hours. Anthony was great.assessed the situation, communicated what he was going to do.fixed the problem and was extremely courteous to the fact that I was on a work conference call during his service work. I had not done business with A Plus before, but they were great with getting me right in, and texting me with the ETA of arrival. I am very pleased and would recommend them! A+!

I had them install a new sink and within 2 days no water was coming out of the faucet and they said that my pipes were old and I needed to clean a certain part of the sink that they put on. So in other words they were saying too bad do it yourself after taking our money Jeff was unprofessional and kind of rude on the phone when he felt like answering
