911 Uniforms

I don't recommend the uniform store. The cashier's name, Mrs. Rachel was very rude after i explained why i was returning a new shirt.it was too big and the lady was very disrespectful and rude towards me. No manner at all. I controlled myself because I do respect human beings. I don't recommend this 911 uniform store at all.

This store experience was amazing the services was.quick everything accurate on point. The y women at the counter very nice an pleasant will return in the future great.thank you for a great explanation

I never write reviews, this is my first review ever. Terrible, terrible service. The lady in the front was so rude, I just left the store. If you don't know how to treat customers, maybe find a new job, where you don't have to interact with people.

Very unprofessional. Supervisors and employees don't know what they are doing. Very pure costumer service and communication with there clients.

My daughter went to pick up her uniforms. She got fitted and her alterations were done quickly. In and out in about 30 minutes even though they were busy.

Worst place to get any service. Called to get a price on my uniform but lady pushed me to buy more than what I need.call your company to go to a different place. Don’t go there.

A small shop for uniforms. The people who work there are professional and help you get the right size you need. They have some dressing room to try on the uniform.

My experience was rewarding. The employees treat you with respect. They make you feel very important and special. The customer service was great and encouraging.
And moreover the employees were patient in helping you find what really suits you. They were understanding, and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone.

The Actual establishment and experience was good. Parking not so much but thats NYC for you. I had 2 individuals before me and the total visit which required fittings took less than 15- 20 minutes. Everyone was polite. Rating 5 stars because good customer service is rare these days.

Very professional and was attended in a timely manner. Recommend this place to any law enforcement or security personnel.

It was a bit busy today when I went in to get my two shirts for work. Just be prepared to have a wait when you go.

I do security work. I went to the store to pickup uniform pieces on two occasions. The first time were for shirts. They had me try on a shirt first to see if I was comfortable with the neck and sleeve sizes. I was, and they brought down two new shirts (in my case) from upstairs. They removed the shirts from the bags and had an in-store tailor sew on the security patches, afterward the shirts neatly folded and put back in the bags. The second time I went were for a winter jacket, sweater, and pants (wool blend). I tried them on first before they were issued to me, they want to ensure that you're comfortable with your uniform before you leave the store. They hemmed the pants, and also, sewed on security patches where they were needed. If you want to purchase additional uniform pieces like I did, you have that option as well. IMPORTANT: Make sure that before you go there you have your voucher number (s) from your company for ALL your uniform pieces, else the lady in charge WILL NOT give them to you. She's very strict regarding that policy because she has to match the voucher number against her sheet. If you have a voucher for just shirts and not pants, she's only going to give you shirts. Got it! It's a small place with very limited seating. If you want to avoid a crowd or don't like standing or waiting, get there early. Keep in mind that the lady in charge is the only one handling all the paperwork, so try and exercise some patience with her. If you already know your exact sizes that will help speed up the process, but it would advisable to still try on the uniform. The store is closed at 1pm on Fridays for Jewish observances. Check their website for other hours.
