I used to go here regularly for the last year and a half and I will never go back. The last gel fill that I got was garbage, it broke immediately and it wasn’t even the color I wanted or design. This place does whatever they want, and they then all of a sudden apologize and “fix it”. If that’s how you do things then stop charging people until you do it, right. I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money in here. Unfortunately, this is just not it.
And when they took the gel off my nails at my new place. I had damage because she had piled on so much. It was so thick it was weighing nails down… also, I don’t know what that persons talking about with the wait. They gave up my appointment two times and I was early both times. That’s an insult ignoring someone’s appointment who was a regular.
