Very good atmosphere, very clean, spacious, very good and varied food, good service from the employees, I recommend it to everyone

I have came here before with my family for years I know the owners and the service was good. This evening I came in to have a simple steak sandwich and the staff treated me really bad, they had me waiting for over 10 minutes before I went and told them that I wanted to order and then the lady gave me the only attitude when she found out that all I wanted was a sandwich. I ordered a steak sandwich with Swiss cheese and I patiently waited I ended up with a steak sandwich with yellow cheese, so I said mrs I ordered a steak sandwich with Swiss cheese not yellow cheese she gave me the only look and took my sandwich and all they did was take the same sandwich and change the cheese. After they brought me the sandwich they never came back to ask me if I wanted a drink or if I was good. I was so disappointed. I asked the gentleman that was taking my money at the register to please give me his name so I can put it on my review and he told me no with an attitude and told me, he has no reason to give me his name. I had to ask a waitress to give his name which she said it was Kevin I don't know if that's his name but I do know he was rude and had a a tattoo of a compass on his wrist. I was so disappointed. Thinking twice about going back. SHAME ON YOU LAS PALMAS.

The food was very tasty, the mofongo, the steak with onions.but the service was not so good. The waiter forgot about us. We had to ask another waitress for help. I ordered The Regular Mojito but it was missing more alcohol, too much ice.

I came here for my wife's birthday, and we ordered steak with onions for her and when it arrived we were suspecious at what kind of meat it was, so immediately we ask our waiter what was it, and he said it was beef but turned out to be pork, but you would think they will take it back and bring you the right order, but no, only an apology, we ended up paying for food that we didn't like, I could sense that the waiter was worried that it could have pay for his mistake, and just told him please be more careful next time.

The Churrasco is 5 stars on it's own but the service needs some improvement. Best to go when they have live music upstairs otherwise it's just a typical Cuban diner experience. Also, they serve great mojitos!

The grill chicken and the skirt steak plus the rice and the avocados was amazing. The food here is always amazing to eat. I have no complaints every time I come here.

The food is great never disappoint me I love coming here and the waitress who help me and my family celebrate my mother's 65th birthday thank you so much she was amazing her name is Cindy I will return soon

They ignored me at first than asked me to move because they did not know if a bigger party was coming. Even though they had a lot more bigger tables. A Cuban party of two sat in a table bigger than the one I was sitting at and they were not asked to moved. As they haven’t even asked me if I want something to drink another party of two Cubans came and they were served right away. The service was horrible and they did not care. Brought it up to the manager and he didn’t care. I will never go there again and if your not Cuban they will not serve you properly.

Been coming here for over 2 decades, Best food in town. A bit pricier than other lower quality restaurants, but well worth every cent.

Beware you won’t be seated based on arrival. Parties of 3 or more are the priority, even if it means turning a table for two, into a table for 3. Hostess will not tell you of this fact, which means you will see many parties go ahead of you, and you having wasted hours of your time and grievance.

It used to be my favorite place for churrasco, sorry to say the person in charge of the grill has no knowledge about meat temperatures. The quality of the steak not good at all, informed the waiter he called the manager such a rude person. Sorry to say he missed the memo about politeness and respect to your clients.

Ordered a steak sandwich and dude literally put his hands in the garbage with gloves on and then continued to make my sandwiches. This is disgusting and so unsanitary. Made a complaint to the manager and he tried to justify his actions. I’m sorry but where I come from you put your hands in any garbage and continue to cook is not kosher.

Good place to grab a quick bite and beer. Re cap So I have been going here for a while now they decided to up the prices which I understand but what doesn't make sense at all is the fact you now want to put everything in different containers so you add more cost for yourself why is it so hard to put rice, beans and protein in 1 container 1 it post your cost up 2 it adds more waste for the environment. The other problem is the girls attitude never had a problem before but the way this girl talk was very disrespectful when I said forget about the order her response ok no problem, I found her tone and attitude very disturbing especially for being in the customer service industry. So now you just lost a customer that has been going there about 3 times a week that is more for the condescending attitude from the staff it just seemed like no one even cared.

They serve rotten food and for the price that they charge. The waitress really bad service. Not recommend.

The food is good. The service and the attitude was horrible.
They do not know what customer service is.
The previous management was much better.
The employees have to be trained on how to speak to the customers. Whatever the language
Clearly and friendlier, would be a great improvement.

Well lived in Jersey always come to Las Palmas when I come to visit but customer service has been the worse my son ordered a steak sandwich we just experience the cook took a old sandwich that was in the bag put it in my son plate waiter just stood there and covered bought to our table how can u put a old steak in sandwich from a bag someone returned so that's is totally disgusting. To Management you guys need to train your employees to be more friendly and making sure the waiters to learn wat a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. VERY SAD BUT NOT ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

I frequent this place a few times a year and the food never disappoints. Although the churrasco has gone quite a bit up in price ($25 to $35 in a matter of a year and a half) its still very much worth the price. The ropa vieja and the mofongo are also A1. Definitely worth the visit if your in the area. The drinks are great depending on the bartender that's there that day.

Iv been coming to this place for years but unfortunately to say the last fews times iv been here the service has been horrible. It's almost like the servers don't want to make Money. Today I went to Las Palmas and witnessed the guy making my Steak Sandwich take an old steak sandwich out of a bag and put it on a plate for me to eat while an employee was blocking him so no one would see him. What made it worse is the waiter tryed to serve it to me. The Sandwich looked old and disgusting. When I told the waiter what I saw he lied and said he thought it was to go. I told the manager what I saw and he remade and still made it wrong. Be careful with this place and make sure your careful with who is cooking your food.
