Best place for Dominican Puerto Rican food. Great food, very clean and staff are truly attentive and very courteous

The portions were very large. The disappointment was in noticing, after leaving the restaurant, that the total billed on the credit card receipt for signature included an automatic tip, while also offering a blank tip line above the required signature area. Since a Cash tip was left, a double tip was given. BE AWARE!

Food is ok, however, the environment is not great, their floors are sticky with grease, servers are not well trained and the manager a stocky heavy set young man seems careless about providing a good experience to customers in the restaurant. I do not recommend.

My husband and I placed an order for delivery at 1: 50 an entire 2 hours had passed by and we still hadn’t received our food. We called twice and they said it was out for delivery we are no more than 10 minutes away from the restaurant. When we called to speak to manager they said no manager was on site and when we said we would like to cancel the order no accountability was taken or accommodations were made to rectify the issue. We understand that things happen but to not notify us that their would be delays with delivery times or anything is completely unacceptable.

The food is great, but sometimes the service not is good, please pay attention to the salt (excessive) thinking in the customers from others countries.

They have the worst delivery service in the world 2-3 hours wait. And they don’t even care or plan to do something about it

Bad service… 1st of all, they should always keep in mind that restaurants are hospitality services, there should be no room for rudeness (bad attitudes)!
2nd, the food should be clean and fresh, well prepared, specially if the joint specializes in preparing specific things (chicharrónes) and lastly, specifically if the prices are so demanding $$$, it should be reflected in the service and product!

Used to like this place a lot… I ate there yesterday late afternoon, now I’m sick to my stomach with diarrhea!

First time visit. Pleasant dining atmosphere with great background music. The service was fast, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.

Great place if you’re looking for chicharron, mofongo or locrio de chicharron, but for seafood not even close, overpriced for the quality of mariscos, excelente chicharron y comida tipica dominicana, pero en los mariscos baja calidad no es el fuerte del chef, pero si tienen el mejor chicharron y locrio de toda el area.

Customer service was terrible, and food wasn't as I was expected. I ordered chicharon with batata frita, and a flan, the food was to dry and flan was really hard not as smooth as a flan should be. The only thing I enjoyed was the Tamarindo juice cause even the water they gave me had a nasty taste. Would never return nor would I recommended.

What a joke! I ordered food for delivery for a medical office at 11: 30 for delivery. I was quoted 45 min to 60 minutes.its 1: 30 pm and my food still has not arrived! All the employees are giving me the run around as to where the food even is! They charged my card right away however they have yet to arrived! Never ordering from here again!

I used to LOVE Elsa's back in the day but now it doesn't even taste the same anymore, sadly it lost its flavor & they NEVER answer their calls, once I called for a whole hour and no one answered the phone. Wish they would go back to how they used to be because their food does not taste the same anymore & the service is not that great. The alcoholic drinks are a joke you can BARELY taste the alcohol in it. What they should do is pay training to all servers because the customer service gets a 1 out of 10. The only way to get them to come to you is if you call them. WE ALL MISS THE OLD ELSA, THEY ARE DEFF FOCUSED ON THE WRONG THINGS RN.

First i order a margarita it was tasty salty as hell! I told them if they could change to a Piña Colada. It was worst! It tasty like they didn't wash the blender.and they pour rum in there and other ingredients from my piña colada. The drinks are horrible! I had to order a beer instead of another drink. My chicken encebollado had a bunch of onios than chicken. The only best thing from here are the chicharrones that's all. Don't get margaritas or other type of frink with alcohol you will regret just saying. ‍️

Used to be the very best. Now everything is horrible and overcharge on everything. The peopke are all rude. Would give 0 rating.

Omg we order seafood appetizer gross all fried very disappointed what a waste I couldn’t have any. $33.00 dollars down the drain. I guess this place isn’t for me.

Normally it's good but the last time I ordered food I was disappointed with the yellow rice having alot of hard clusters of rice stuck together and if I was close I definitely would of returned the food.

The food is good but I’m tired of them changing their delivery minimums any chance they get. The Teaneck location now has a $20 minimum for delivery for BREAKFAST. What exactly am I going to order for BREAKFAST at a $20 min. I just called asked for fried cheese, salami, mango and a drink and that wasn’t enough. I’m literally 5 minutes away from the Teaneck and they want me to order a feast for breakfast anytime I need a delivery. That’s ridiculous.

Just horrible. The mondongo tasted like vomit, the chicharrones al ajillo is literally soggy chicharrones drowned in a thick sauce which I found gross and my daughters kids spaghetti was clearly from days ago and reheated; I had to make her dinner after I got home. Never ever again.
