Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales

Their hours on their doors they open until 9: 00 and they like to close whenever they feel like it because I've been three times and they're not open but yet their door specifically says until 9: 00 p.m.
Also I ordered watches and had them delivered to the store I went and picked them up and the guy charged me $45 each just for him to scan the box and say I picked it up which I know is not allowed but I needed the watches so I couldn't not pay it

I was a walk in customer and was greeted upon entering the store. Chris H was patient and helpful in setting up myself and my family with new phones.

Tyler S was great. Both Tyler’s were great. Helped us to upgrade our phones and make some changes to lower our cost. Customer service oriented. Polite and professional. Fun and friendly.

Verizon Cellular Sales on Lafayette Road has been our go to for a few years now. The service is excellent. I was out of town on business in NY. Jesse was our son's Rep. He worked with our son for a replacement phone on our business account. I was called and updated throughout the entire process. All this transpired after 6: 00 pm. What a wonderful experience. Team is amazing, Mike helped us out is the man - put in the extra efforts no remote Verizon reps have, and recovered us thousands of dollars in trade in applications and promotion hunting! Thanks Mike!

I walked in knowing just what I wanted and not wanting to spend all day getting it. Justin was respectful of my time and needs. Very happy!

Now let me just start by saying that I have a restraining order set against me that bars my entry into multiple Verizon locations. So I was forced to go a little out of my way to visit this particular location. I came in prepared for trench warfare, but I quickly let my guard down when I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Two Justin’s and a Jamie. Justin took point on my challenging multi phone trade in, meanwhile Justin number two was down in the paint just picking up rebounds for some easy put backs. For a moment they were slightly overwhelmed by the challenging scenario, Jamie came off the bench and closed out the game for the win. It is my opinion that this is the best Verizon store in the entire free world. Thank you for reshaping my opinion of corporate America. You have restored my faith in humanity.

Jamie Friars was awesome, I was in to get a new number and she got me a great new number, and took the time to explain the process of porting and changing my number.

I’ve had very good experiences here. This week Zach went the extra mile to correct a mistake made on Verizon’s billing system and was very helpful all around.

This visit was absolutely great.
Initially I dreaded going to the store fearing I wouldn’t understand anything being explained. However, with the patience and expert help of Sales Rep, Rishav, my problem was fixed, I learned a great deal, and the experience was positive.

Sold me a used phone and I cannot use many of the features. Messages coming in from Morocco! Emojis are all in black face and I am white. Settings will not respond. And extremely horrible experience.
