Topic of the Town Restaurant

Our waitress was the best- personable and informative! Every server and the host were so very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful! Come with an appetite! We will stop again on our next time through.

GREAT restaurant, our favorite when we're in Littleton. Staff always pleasant and the food always satisfying.

Was from out of town, everything was great service was great, they even applied a senior discount with out being asked, very friendly place.

We really enjoy the breakfast that we get there. Venesa is a outstanding waitress and we always ask for her.

Server was ok, nothing over the top, but not horrible. The food here had absolutely no flavor to it whatsoever, and the orange juice was quite watered down. It'll be a hard pass for me on future visits here. This place hasn't been the same for a very long time.

Server was friendly, food was mediocre. Our fries were very soggy and mozzarella sticks, i kid you not, didn’t have cheese in 2 out of the 5 of them we were given. It looks like the cheese burst out while being cooked and they served us the fried carcass, lol. We watched another server offer our drinks to two other tables before giving them to us. Server didn’t check in at all between dropping off our food and bringing the check. I’ve been in industry for almost 7 years and am usually very compassionate with other restaurants but was unfortunately just not that impressed. Servers didn’t seem knowledgeable on the menu when we asked questions, either.

Too expensive! We got chicken fried steak & the flavor was great, but the quality of the meat was poor. So much gristle that most of it ended up on a trash plate. Coffee was not even drinkable.

Food was soso. Very long wait time but not taking off a star for that as its COVID and they were busy.

The waitress was amazing. She is pregnant and almost due in like less than 2 months and she did great. She was the best waitress I have had in a long time

Love going to this restaurant and having their pepper rings. I;ll eat them plain or with the dips. Wait staff are very friendly and the place is clean.

The food here is okay but the atmosphere is a little strange. The staff usually seem helpful inside but it all seems a little rushed and slightly out of control. I have had some really great food here occasionally but it’s mostly mediocre.

It was our first time here and we didn’t know what to expect. The food was AMAZING! The service was very quick and our waitress Mimi was very attentive and kind! We got the Russian French toast and the smothered tips with a side of home fries. They also have beer, cocktails, and mimosas with a sampler that we want to get next time. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend a local restaurant with free parking just a short walk away!

We never noticed the time they closed and apparently got there 5 mins before they closed and they were still kind to us. The waitstaff was super friendly and even joined in on the kids game of I spy. We enjoy this place and highly recommend

Well, I'll begin by saying that I came here with my Fiance and the kids while on a weekend getaway to celebrate my fiance's birthday. We live about 2 hours north of here which is a shame because if not, we would frequent this great restaurant regularly.

The restaurant itself was quaint and had that old new England town charm that we so love. The service was quick, the prices more than fair, the portions overly large, and most importantly, delicious and fresh.

We will definitely come back whenever we are in the area. Don't pass up "topic of the town" for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You won't be disappointed!

It's a diner with diner quality food. Super super slow, though. Bathrooms are iffy and need updating for sanitation reasons.

Food is great, portions are big and filling and you never leave feeling hungry. The staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. Your coffee cup never runs dry unless you decline the refill. The waitresses are always on the move making sure you have everything you need. Great place!

Stopped in for lunch, but unfortunately didn't feel comfortable staying when we saw that none of the staff besides the waitress were wearing masks. There were a two other patrons in the restaurant and they were spaced at separate tables, but one was sniffling and blowing her nose, and it was a very small front room. The kitchen staff missed back and forth from the back maskless. The waitress was friendly, but it just was not worth the risk to stay.

Classic diner with quality ingredients.really good chicken Caesar salad and a tasty Reuben. Service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Waitress was very personable and friendly. I had brunch which they serve all day. My husband had french toast with real maple syrup that one has to pay extra for, which I don't understand as maple syrup is a local product. Otherwise the food was very good.

Had breakfast there this past Saturday. It was amazing. Eggs Benedict on a hashbrown and toast. I tell you it was yummy yummy yummy

I wasn't disappointed but wasn't overly impressed. Service, food and restaurant interior were mediocre. They are definitely better options locally but you will not be upset eating here.

We walked in 5 minutes prior to close (I didn't know when they closed) on valentine's night & they told us to stay! The servers were so nice and we had the best buffet! My boyfriend commented on how home made the food tasted. It was excellent and we will be going back!

Very friendly atmosphere, food is great, and I DIDN'T have to wait 1 to 1.5 HOURS to be seated like other places in town.

Fabulous lunch today! The cream of asparagus soup was awesome! The tuna melt on sourdough bread was just perfect, a generous portion with lots of lettuce and tomato. My guest, who eats lightly, polished off her fish and chips plate completely! Can't wait to go back!

I went to a Wednesday night buffet with a friend that had been going for a while staff was friendly and attentive food was much better than I expected i would recommend the buffet I will also go back another time

They have good food. Love the waitress attitude she was extremely kind and good service. They do care about you. We come here for the breakfast.

One item didn't taste right on our order and they fixed it immediately (which was unexpected) thanks guys!

We would like to stop by again and try some other things on your menu.

The food is good, the wait staff is funny and kind and good at there jobs.the building is a little odd.it just has an odd layout. (Not the business fault you do what you can with the space you have)
