Sascha Barth was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the Rolex product line. He was pleasant and had a wonderful demeanor. I purchased a Tudor Black Bay Chrono for my Dad's 70th bday, but sadly it had several QA issues. Sarah literally went to bat for me, and worked w/Tudor directly to replace the watch. I received another Black Bay Chrono in mint condition, free swag, and a handwritten note. What a class act. My Dad loves his new timepiece. THANK YOU to Sarah Duncan & the entire Springer's team. Terrible experience designing and buying a custom engagement ring with them. Lack of care and guidance in the process. We went in for a scheduled appointment with our 2 inherited stones to use in a new engagement ring with a new center stone. They didn't bother to try to match the color of the new stone with the existing. They didn't walk us through the appraisal progress when creating the ring so I had to give the ring back for 6 weeks after receiving it to get appraised for insurance. The rhodium plating (used to make white gold) chipped off my ring twice in first 6 months of having the ring. I don't blame them for the plating issue because they remade the ring into platinum because of the issue. Before switching to platinum they remade my ring in white gold. They asked me to come in to look at the setting which is when she pulls out the ring setting and says "look how beautiful! " I said "oh it looks more yellow than before" so which she replied "all I see is a beautiful new ring". I left while they set the diamonds in and worried if I had made the wrong choice. When I picked up the finished ring, it was a beautiful white gold. I asked about before and a different employee said, "it wasn't done so not sure why she said that". But that's the story of my entire experience. Never a straight story and just telling you what they have is beautiful. Oh and they want me to drop off my ring for another 6 weeks to reappraise it with the new metal type for the setting. I waited a while to write this because we went to another jeweler for our wedding bands and OMG, what a difference!

I am a loyal customer of Springer’s Jewelers in Portsmouth. Most of my experience is with the repair department and their work is above board and very quick. The staff I have worked with include Becca, Liam and Julia. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly attitudes are incredible. Having been in the jewelry business myself, I feel confident in telling anyone reading this that they should definitely go to Springer’s!

Entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Went in to check out a couple Rolex watches, Evan Williams helped me try on a couple models. He was great to work with, passionate watch collector and super knowledgeable. Really enjoyed chatting with him. He put me on the waitlist for the exact model I wanted, was very honest about the wait time which I was expecting before going in. Looking forward to the day I get the call from them that my dream watch is ready.

I cannot tell you the number of YouTube videos that I have seen regarding dealing with typical Rolex AD's. Complete horror stories. When I visited Springer's in Portsmouth, nothing could be farther from what I witnessed on YouTube. They were cordial, informative, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend, without reservation, Springer's for any future Jewerly purchasing. What an enjoyable experience.

I've met some wonderful people while dealing with my friend's Estate, but the staff at Springer's were truly a blessing! Estate buyers, Daniel and Zoe, worked diligently to evaluate my friend's large collection and offered very fair purchase prices. Daniel even spent considerable time working with his contacts to arrange the sale of 2 high-end, unique pieces. Absolutely can't thank him enough! The entire staff in Portsmouth was friendly and welcoming and made an overwhelming task pleasurable. Highly recommend!

Daniel evaluated my jewelry and did a great job doing it. He told me a lot of things that I didn't know.like what is imitation and what is real. I was pleased with the evaluation and would recommend Springer's to anyone.

We will only go to Springer's in Portsmouth. They offer excellent service, from a friendly staff, and also it is a great location to try lunch or dinner at a new spot. Well worth the trip from various points south.

I have visited Springers twice since first purchasing my Rolex there. Their sales and service are simply the best. My initial sales experience was easy, straight forward and friendly. My return visit for service have been the same. They very kindly performed a free polish of the Rolex at one visit. Then at a subsequent visit, their on site watch expert confirmed a timing issue with my Rolex and has taken it in hand to get it serviced under warranty by Rolex, even though it is slightly out of warranty. At the same time, he very kindly replace the battery in another watch at no cost. As previous, very friendly, helpful and first class. Will definitely buy my next Rolex at Springers.
