I come here a lot and the staff at the front of the restaurant are extremely nice and the food is great and take less then 5 minutes to come out overall I just love this place. I recommend you come here.

Great food. Not a lot of people so it was very peaceful. Music was very soft and non obnoxious. And over all great service! Plenty of seating.

Once upon a time I loved this place because I lived in MERRIMACK and also worked in MERRIMACK for 20 plus years. I knew everyone and it was fun yet comfortable and welcoming. Cheers (where everyone knows you're name). Then stuff happened and I was not so much welcome. Lol. That has nothing to do with the actual establishment but the people who hung out there but that was a long time ago. It still has the same bar they have entertainment on the weekends or DJ or karaoke and it says fun as you wanted to be or you decide to be That's all up to you.

Called an hour before they closed they were really rude and hung up. Will never give them another cent. #JADEDRAGONSUX

I've been going to this place for a few years now. The old lady that runs the front desk is very rude, and acts like everyone is an inconvenience to her. If that's the owner then she needs to get her attitude checked. Food has become worst. The cooks seem to overcook everything. Service is just trash. I'll be looking for a new place to get my food from now on.

Ok Jade is due for some VERY well deserved love. We’re a simple family of 4, and none of us are afraid of enjoying a meal. Whenever we’ve moved, We tend to find our local-est bestest. Pizza, Chinese, Italian, Indian, etc.we just moved back to Merrimack and it will be tough to top Jade.
Jade has been there ever since i can remember. It is SHAMEFUL how rough people have been on the reviews. It DOES have an unpleasant odor to the place walking in, which is likely a plumbing issue, but the food is VERY good and portions are *absurd*.
At our ‘old go to place’, our order was a pupu for 3, and a rice or noodle side. That order meant We’d be guaranteed leftovers for the next day. I TOTALLY under estimated at Jade. I ordered our typical pupu for 3, lo mein and scallion pancakes.

The amount of food was 2 1/2 times what we could eat. It was as good if not slightly better than Chinese food we’ve had in the past, and we literally had two days of meals, and lunch leftover on a 3rd day. And prices were right in line with anything we’ve had.
I’m not sure if there is better close by, but also not sure we’ll try.

They got the wrong phone number so I never got a phone call when my order was ready. So I had to wait for it to be ordered again.
Food was mediocre.

My 75 year old mother just moved into a town house quarter a mile or less down the road from this restaurant. The sign and the website said open. We called and we were hung up on twice and once we did get someone they said they were closed. My mother isnt familiar with the town and has no food to eat and it would've been nice to get food from them except the only good food from Jade Dragon is from Milford, hands down 100%. When i had eatten at Merrimack one a while back the food was inedible and gross.my mom for some reason still loved it. God bless her. This restaurant needs owners or managers or a sous chef that cares about their profession. Its really too bad.dont waste money there.

Place smells like sewer so I go food to go. Asked for a plastic forks and the owner at the front desk was rude to me and the bartender (who was very nice) and tried to help

Been going for years and years like forever.food is good but the place has a funky smell so I do take out.last time went the fried food had a slightly smoked oil flavor. Must have caught it at the end of its cycle.i. Must say i never had that happen before. I like to go to the milford location.

Went in and it smelled like a backed up sewer. Then they tried to sit us in the bar area to smell the backed up sewer. We said no thanks and left.

We love johnny! Hes so friendly and the food comes out so hot and so quick! We love going there!

We decided to give the Jade another try because locals said there were big changes. We were not disappointed. Service was good and the food has greatly improved - delicious! After our eat-in experience we ordered takeout a couple months later and it was terrific.

Horrible food! Tastes just awful. Worst Chinese restaurant we've ever been to. And the ceiling was leaking onto our table. VERY noisy - the music and crowd in the bar is overwhelming making it very difficult to enjoy a meal.

Long time patron its my favorite Chinese restaurant and a lady named wing is the best bartender I'm a loyal fan for life!

Very clean and convenient restaurant. They provide generous portions and for reasonable rates. We enjoyed the food a lot and the staff members were very attentive and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Just had an interesting experience tonight. Smelled horrific like feces almost baffling. I felt committed after complaining early in our dinner. So we stayed and tried to play off this messed up experience by at least trying the food. Ya i know gross. Why after what you said about the bar smelling like a feces would you attempt eating. Like i said before i was committed. It actually masked the smell given we put beef sticks and crab rangoons in front of us which was nice because i never have tasted what i smelt before like that. It was god awe ful. I honestly admit that the food was incredible. I have the privilege of eating many like places like today food was top knotch. Even over that nasty smell in there. The food was legit and drinks were great too. Change that smell and you got yourself a spot.

Food was great but felt rushed while eating, service was terrible, the waitress kept saying things, implying we should leave. If I didn't feel rushed then I'd go back, but I probably won't go back

Try the beef & mushrooms, never had such tender beef.
Johny our server is always friendly and attentive. Zach at front desk seats you promptly and has a ready smile for you. Overall great experience

Seemed like a typical Chinese food joint. Saw a hell of a show there though. Food was pretty good.
