Jared is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He supported our entire family and he is up to date about current tax laws.

Horrible experience. Paid for their service and they prepared the taxes incorrectly twice and I never received my money back for the cancellation of the service. Customer service unhelpful as well. They are not equipped to manage taxes for aliens.

I had my taxes done. This year I had to pay state tax. I left their office thinking I was paying $348. They called and "made a mistake". Now I owe $12,000! Do not recommend them.

Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this branch at least if you’re going to use H+R block. Jill did a horrible job with my tax return she messed it up multiple times and now I’m waiting 16-20 weeks for my tax return because of her mistakes.

The gentleman that was going to help us was so scared of Covid he didn’t want to sit in his cubicle with us, he was going to walk back in forth with our information, we sat there for 20mins in the waiting area while everybody else was in there cubicles helping clients. He also said his work area was a mess and he’d have to clean it up? Why is he there? Nevertheless we asked for are stuff and left. If I wanted to drop off I would of done that.

The lady who worked with me was very kind and patient and very helpful in making sure I understood everything.

I returned paperwork next day after Tax Professional prepared my taxes. It was not finalized until 1 month later. I had to go back in to see what was going on and the front desk supposedly did not give the paperwork to the Tax Professional. 2nd.year in a row. If I had waited six months to check on this, they still wouldn't be filed.

Do not ever go to this company! They charged me $325 to file a very simple tax return with one house and one job nothing complicated very standard.they didn’t tell me the cost to file until after they were done so I was stuck with the bill! I feel as if I have been finically robbed buy this business they told me I would have to pay extra $50 to get they money taken out of my return on top of the very steep fee of $325 I would never use them again and will tell every single person I know about my experience and make sure no one else is taken Advantage of like I was by this company

Sherry was outstanding and gave me excellent guidance for my direct sales job (that I just started) so I can be totally prepared next year. I had several w2s, a 1041, a 1099. I opted to try H&R BLOCK and was seriously impressed. Worth every penny.

I've been doing my taxes with H&R for the pass 8 years and with the same person. It's been a great experience, hope to continue for the foreseeable future.

I have been going hr block for many years. They are always courteous and take the time to get all of the info needed to do my taxes.

Giant waste of time. My confirmed appointment that I checked into 10 minutes early was "double booked" and they called in somebody that arrived after me. 20 minutes of waiting before it was figured out and my options were to wait further or drop off my information to be filled out at their convenience. I explained that I had questions and would like to speak to somebody and was told that I would receive a call later that night. I was then scheduled for a 3: 15 appointment the following day where all I had to do was sign and pay. No phone call came and when I showed up to my 3: 15 confirmed appointment today they couldn't find my paperwork. Apparently my 3: 15 (text message confirmed) was changed to 4. I asked for my documents to be returned to me and was rudely informed the she spent 2 hours preparing my return. So I guess their completely mismanaged time is more valuable than mine. This place is a total disaster, just go somewhere else.

Extremely Knowledgeable people, they get the best outcome for you taxes, and a fair price. I also like the way that they will help you out if you have a problem.

Before i scheduled an appointment i stated i did not have my taxes paperwork from the previous year, multiple times over the phone. H&R said they would gladly help and it wouldnt be a problem. It wasnt until after i paid them 60 dollars, they told me i had to go to the IRS in order for them to help me. Bsically paid 60 for nothing.very sketchy, would not reccomend

Lucy is an exceptional tax person. Easy to drop off and have a phone call. Took less time then when done in persson. Would recommend.

Cost too much money usually file on my own but took a chance with h and R block and didnt get a rapid refund advance was very disappointed I didnt get approved owell hopefully it comes in soon

Friendly fast service love cherri and all the ladies of nashua hr block! They have always been super friendly and caring! Feels like walking into a room full of family when you go there and this is only my 2nd year here!
