Dunkin'

One of the dirtiest, poorly maintain dunkins if every patroned. Don't look at the floor behind the register not sure if the floors have been washed since winter since there is salt build up in the crevasses.

It also took 20mins to get my single coffee.

A poor elderly women was waiting patiently to be served and a young girl working told her, "you'll have to wait. I have no idea how to work that thing. " (referring to the POS system)

Three people left AFTER paying instead of waiting a minute longer.

Coffee was as expected. 2 stars

Great customer service. The cashier was friendly even though I was most definitely not fully awake. She quickly got my coffee and I was in and out of the store for less than 5 minutes which never happens when I go to dunken.

We all have bad days however, It takes one second to be kind to other people especially your coworkers, unfortunately, the woman making sandwiches this morning at the S. Main St.location in Concord NH was so rude to her coworker at the window I was embarrassed for him. Very uncool.
I pray that her day got better, and his too. As my mother always told me, if you can’t be nice to people then don’t say anything at all.

The front doors are supposed to be open at 6am every day they take sometimes 10 to 20 minutes to open the front door forceing big work trucks to wait until they open due how narrow the drive through is there while all 5 6 employee's/manager are all prepared and ready to go kinda sad and unprofessional 2/10

It seems like they're short handed, at 1: 30 in the afternoon there were only two employees in the store, and as a result, our wait time was quite high and all three beverages we ordered were made incorrectly.

Place is huge, can sit have coffee check emails friendly staff. Bathrooms where spotless. Floors cleaned windows shine. Couldn't ask for a better coffee shop. Enjoy

Third time visiting this Dunkin’s today using mobile pickup ordering- all THREE times we waited over 30 minutes for two coffees and two sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous wait times- they need to hire more staff if it’s a staffing issue because it’s insane to wait this long for coffee and sandwiches. The mobile pickup function is supposed to save time, not add!

Possibly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. GM is abusive to her staff & I have heard her yelling at them on the drive thru speaker many times. The line is consistently slower when the GM is taking orders and the coffee is always wrong. The only decent employees who used to work there seem to be gone over the past few months…such a disappointment but not surprising considering the terrible management

So I called this Dunkin’ because another Dunkin messed my coffee up and and spoke with Scott and I have to say that he was very understanding and helpful. I recommend this Dunkin because everyone is so helpful and polite. Thank you Scott for you’re help

Mostly coffee is great latelyits hit or miss sometimes right sometimes wrong but on highwayb4 we realize error & no time to go back so sometimes I go to Cumberland farms just to get it right and be on my way

As I approached, the counter, after being 4th in line, they made me wait a long time while they made online orders. They should shave alternated. I was there over 15 minutes wait.

Place was dead, waited at mobile order pickup for 10 minutes only to get a hot coffee that tasted like it was sitting on the counter for an hour. Multiple customers upset with slow guy behind the counter, hope he hasn’t been working there long. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

I understand that fast food restaurants are consistently short staffed, but that does not excuse the fact that there's no line movement in over 20 minutes of waiting and having a rude front order taker shouting obscenities in front of small children. Left because I was done waiting, as well as another few customers.

I've never, in more than 20 years as a customer of this Dunkin' restaurant, ever had a wrong order, and this was no exception. Drive thru were fast and accurate as always.

Went through the drive-thru to pick up an ubereats order, and when I got to the window—after telling the girl in the intercom my business—a guy asks me what I want and has no idea what I’m doing there. Looks at me like I have 3 heads when I tell him again why I’m there. Kind of weird. It’s not that complicated or strange for me to say “pick up for _, Uber eats”.

This is a good location. I usually go through the drive thru but have I also have done preorder pickup inside. It's a clean shop. They usually have all donuts stocked. My drive thru orders are always correct. The staff can be busy or overwhelmed at times, but they are always friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this location.

The girl was not nice and very impatient with me and I usually spend a lot money during the week but I returned back only to places where they treated me well

I went in counter was closed was told to go through drive up waited in the cold 20 min. Only to be told they wouldn't take my order if I wasn't in a car. Counter is now open so I go in and the person is talking to someone. I did as they told me. To get a hot cup of coffee and a sandwich for a hungry person was too much for them. They were rude patronizing and unkind. Apparently they don't know some people don't have cars. It will be a very long time before I go there again. I left hungry and sad.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts, period. Not only did I have a general manager or a district manager shush me when I was trying to describe my order but there unbelievably slow, rude and they stick one person in the drive thru, that has no idea what they're doing, while they have seven people working around them not pushing drive thru! Talking about "I cant find that fly" loud and clear as day! Took me 15 min to get my order and something was added to order that wasn't mine, so that was a other issue. Just a nightmare! I just wanted a coffee on my break! ‍️

Alright So first of all there was only 1 girl working and she actually put a sign outside saying and I quote "I am the only one working so she wouldn't have the ability to make hot food"!? !? Also I ordered 2 chocolate chip muffins and got 1 cranberry muffin an was charged for 2. I'm never going there again! My experience was unsatisfactory! I am very upset

As a drive through they do ok. If you want to walk on, the Cafe is open but the counters are often closed, understaffed, so while you can go in a have a seat, beware you might not get any counter service

This is really the worst Dunkin. Not only is it unbelievable slow, everything taste watered down, and then I had a hair wrapped around this little coffee thing.
I’m so annoyed this Dunkin is the closest to my house cus it’s awful!

We've been going here for a while after the gym. Even though they are short staffed, they get the orders right and they are friendly.

The dining room wasn't open, drive thru wrapped around the building BUT our coffees were made delicious and even though they were very busy, the staff was still polite and friendly. Will definitely go back
