I believe they should bring out your mobil order. When ur in line at the drive thru. The ice cream was on point and employees where nice.

I had to take my burger the number 3 double bacon cheese burger not once but twice had to give my shake back right away cause there was bug in it and then they didn't even offer a discount or nothing WOW

Really need to get there speakers fix. Having to scream my order so they can hear my orders and then repeat myself cause they didn’t catch it.

There were 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up to the drive thru. I couldn't see the other side of the building so I don't know how many cars at the pickup window to the menu board. Took 15 minutes to get to menu board, sat there waiting for them to acknowledge us. After good 5 minutes I pulled ahead a little and saw was no one ahead of us, so I pulled up to pickup window and was told speaker out on menu board. Suggested a out of service sign should be put up. Order 3 cheeseburgers and 3 drinks. Got the cheeseburgers in about 5 minutes and waited another 5 minutes for drinks. Understand backup to be expected due to speaker problem but there were dozen or so employees standing around inside but looked like they didn't know which way to go. Poor management is to blame for confusion and lack of direction. Felt bad for the hourly workers taking the fire from angry customers due to inept management.

They almost never make the sonic blast right or the shakes. Don't get what you pay for.

Service with a smile! Even with patrons who chose not to exercise self control, staff goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

The atmosphere is only brought down by the patrons who lack patience, fail to be courteous and respectful of the staff and other patrons during their visit, and their unwillingness to listen to staff on duty.

Food is always hot; ice cream is always cold; everything is delicious!

Wait times have gotten shorter recently; recent additions to the employment team and transfers of managerial members from other stores are to be commended!

I normally never even care to leave reviews but I waited in line over 30 minutes. No one moved so finally we pull up to the window around the person ahead of us. (There’s cars in to the street the lines that long.) When we get to the window dude is high out of his mind we ask him what’s going on and he’s like you wanna order so we try to order dude says everything is broken and looks insanely high we were like you might want to tell everyone in line waiting and he literally just didn’t even care. Worst experience ever. 45 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.

Please start training these kids better. Nothing is worse than going there, ordering something, and they being you the wrong size of everything. Sorry it's happened to many times that I won't be back. This didn't get 1 star because it's not just the kids fault it's it's managers too.

Two friends eating a mid-day snack turned physical and into and all access cream fest. All in the car. All over the ride.

I waited in the drive through for order and they failed to have my food ready. Then I was to told to wait in a drive up screen. I waited for food for an additional 15 minutes for my order. I didn't get my order until I asked for it a second time.

Very friendly staff. Order was made wrong the first time and took a bit longer than expected. But they fixed it. Will be back.

If you pre-order, ask for extra ingredients, and they don't have it, you do not get refunded for the extra you ask for and they don't have

The woman taking our order got it wrong 3 times. She hung up before reading our order back to us all 3 times I had to call. We sat there waiting for 30 minutes when we seriously needed to get back on the road. The servers were great, can't say the same for the people behind the microphone. The third time I called she was nothing short of rude. It's not my fault you shut off the microphone without confirming!

I dont often go to Sonic but had a craving today and was not disappointed. I even had a pleasant chat with the person who brought my food. The service was fast as well.

Do you have 35 minutes to wait for fast food? No? Then turn around and go home to make a sandwich. Save yourself $8 and 35 minutes and the inevitable complaints from your significant other who has ADHD and things 20 minutes is an hour. This place is slower than a junebug covered in molasses.

The service was very slow. Which im patient so it didnt bother me much. This is just an insight for anyone who wants to stop there and hope to get a quick bite. The person at the window had orders confused multiple times. She asked the car in front and i which orders were ours. Could have been technicals problems that day with the ordering system. Not a problem. But then my food was also on the cold side. My strawberry cheesecake shake was delicious but the rest of my food was cold. Wasnt a terrible experience but wasnt the best either.

They are so nice, food was fresh and drinks were great the cashier even gave me my shake on her as my card declined it because it was a second transaction from the same place with in a certain time frame. Best experience in a long time thanks y’all

I have used this sonic before and it was grand. This time the onion rings were inedible because they were TOUGH. I've never had tough onion rings before. My money was refunded but I obviously had a bad experience.

Ice cream machine was broken. You'd think it would be working as this is not McDonald's. Wanted to add that they wouldn't even accept walk up customers so I went to Zesto which does.

I sat at the stall 6 minutes and no one answered to take my order. However the drive thru was flowing smoothly and I was the only car in the stalls 04/03/2021 at 9: 24PM.

1) So inconsistent with honoring a military discount or not.
2) I ordered a meal and the total was 9.31. I gave the girl 20.31. She gave me 9 dollars back and tell her it was two dollars back. Instead of opening the cash drawer. She pulls it out of her purse wallet. So we just pocketing money and Hoping customers don’t count their change?

This is the one off of 30th Ave and always have some kind of BS from that location. The Bellevue location has never had any issues.

I went there this morning 2.3.2021 before work and I believe her name was Stevie. She said she was the manager. She got the order wrong and when I asked for the orange juice she insisted that I never asked for orange juice and was extremely RUDE! I said okay, can I please have some orange juice for the two orders. She sighed and said "YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE WAS NO ORANGE JUICE ON THERE WHEN YOUR ORDER WAS ONLY $8". I ignored it and handed her a $20 to pay for the orange juice. She then said "GREAT - I THOUGHT YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE $10 I JUST GAVE YOU BACK SO YOU ARE GOING TO GET ALL $1's BACK BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS". None of her business but I had given that $10 to my son for his lunch and a $20 is what I had. I asked her her name and she flipped her hat rudely and said, "YEAH I AM THE MANAGER". I work in the area but will NEVER go back there again because of HER. I will also tell all my friends and family to never go there again. I have been there many times usually in the evenings and have NEVER had a bad experience but she is HORRIBLE.

Sonic is one if the best plus its 24 hours when your wanting a burger at 3am or anytime always go to sonicjust whrn you think you always need breakfast well your wrong you can have sonic anytime if the day,)

They don't listen they've gotten my order wrong atleast 20 times an they rush u like it bothers them ur ordering food needs improvements

Needed a hotdog, and I was delighted with my All beef and tatertot combo. Impressed with the service when the weather was inclement that day.

Absolutely fantastic! I work as a CNA overnights so when I get off to get the family breakfast I'm usually wanting dinner and with Sonic serving the full menu all day long it's perfect. Slowly the family has converted to the dark side and is now ordering chicken strips and burgers right along with me at 8: 00 in the morning lol. Thanks for being awesome!

Second app order, second time it’s not been right or fresh. Ordered at 6: 43 as an ASAP order. App said to be there in 5-7 minutes. We were. At 7: 15 we had to push the call order for them to bring us our order. The location was not busy and SEVERAL other orders had been delivered. After four employees returned from break still the order wasn’t brought out. The receipt had to be reprinted because will your guess is as good as mine. I’d inform management but there isn’t a number or web survey on the reprint

It took over an hour to get two shakes delivered through doordash from you guys I had to go to work so I didn't even get mine I mean come on I paid $22 for two shakes and took over an hour to deliver them to 2 mi away if that I think I should get something free out of the deal

Waited at the pickup window for 5-10 mins until someone asked if I was waiting on my 4x drinks. Then, the cherry limeades I ordered didn't even come with cherries or limes.

Well simply put the people working at this location are more interested in their phones than their customers the food orders on my last 2 visits have been wrong so for me I chose to go elsewhere but these are just what's happened in my case

Management not trying very hard at this location. Server brought 5 shakes and no idea which was which. Actually laughed when asked and said he didn't make them. Super lazy, won't go there again.

First the young man was not professional at all. Second whom ever put my order together forgot an item. Third when I went back to tell them everyone just looks out the window.

I love how close it is. The worker that took our order and money and the worker that brought out our order were really chill and nice too

Depends on the day as to the service you get. Today, service was quick. The food was ready, and there was a line of cars. I was in line, ordered, paid and out in about 6 minutes. The food tasted great! Other days? You wait 10 minutes or more for food.

I ordered on DoorDash, I’ve had no problem before but it was almost an hour before receiving my food. I called sonic to see if my food was picked up they said no, and that they’d make it fresh. About 5-10 mins later I received my food. It was not hot or fresh. I also ordered one of the cream slushes and got a shake instead.

I was at Sonic on N. 30th St. I place my order on Sonics app. I asked ASAP. When I arrived enter my unit I was in. Saw the the was be worked on. I waited. It was not out me until I contact them. My wait time for my was over 10 minutes. What I was hot and very good.

The service aint good like it use to be, just mad about how the lady dropped the quarter when i handed her the money and still charges me that quarter she dropped stating that it didnt make it to the register when it wasnt my fault and she could of easy got out the drive thru later to grab the change off the ground cause it was under my vehicle.

It's was very bad they quoted one price then get the window an it's another price. Then on top of that they messed up the order. My husband decided to go get him an my son some an they turned an messed up both orders. He had to go back.

Nice little place some new people around rush hour but extremely nice and hard working, nothing like a chilly cheese fries/tots and two half price drinks to end a hot summers day!

I was a little disappointed in my Philly cheese steak meal from here I am a big fan of Sonic but I was expecting a little more as far as portion size on the Philly there was very little meat and for the price I was expecting more

This is the 2nd time we've been here. Both times very busy and still the service was fast and friendly! Also, will you please tell all the other Sonic's how you get your ice cream so delicious? There is a noticable taste difference between the stores and yours is the best. Oh and thank you for not obliterating the cookies in my cookies and cream blast!

It has good slushies and ice cream and some food and it's fast when it wants to be but a good place to go get something to cool down

I went to this location 6/22/2019 at 8pm to get a Butterfinger Sonics Blizzard ice cream and I was very upset to see that it was just icecream (no Butterfinger blended inside) with a small amount of Butterfinger crumbs on the top. This is not the first time that this has happened. I came home and called the store however no one answered the phone. There were 2 manager's and 3 associate's working, a male associate was having his break so someone could have answered the phone. I am not Highly Upset.

Its ok they need to listen more closely to there orders. Not getting orders fown properly n such. Maybe they will b better next time.

They got my order wrong.i'm sure they're usually pretty good, but my experience there wasn't the best. They have good drinks and ok food. Quick service!

Sadly one of the worst Sonic's I've been to. Took them over 10 minutes to answer the drive thru so we went to a booth which took another 15 minutes. And if you call during the busy hours the will straight hang up in your face

The best dang-on-it hot boneless wings! Asian zing, buffalo, please believe me! And the nerds drinks and sonic blasts drinks! Please keep this place in this location!
