Great room, unique bathroom with toilet/shower room behind a pocket door; good bed! Friendly, helpful staff. Room smelled a bit stale but not terrible.

The service is the best rooms service, be careful people don't endesten when you have don't disturb service tags

Right on the money. I paid less than a single room other places had up for a suite here. Plus a pup who stays there, that I'd say works hard and plays nice. As well as all the amenities right in my room.

The room was clean, the staff (amazing girl named Jordan) helped us out a lot by giving us a better room and recommending good spots around the hotel, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. Other elements in our room were also kept in a great state.

Warning! Bedbugs! Much of my family were in town for a wedding and occupied four rooms in this hotel (including me). One family member in a room we booked got bedbugs from this hotel on our stay. She stayed no place else on her visit. Room #117 from 07/09/21 - 07/11/21. She left her items on the floor and they likely transfered onto her that way.
Today when I called the hotel out of courtesy, just to let them know the situation, the receptionist scoffed at me and said very condescendingly, "You can get them a million different ways! But what was the room number? I'll have the maids check. "
Apart from this, the hotel was very nice and updated, the beds comfy, delicious breakfast and the staff during our stay were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable quiet rooms. Breakfast is predictable scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles with a nice selection of teas.

You can see the light from the hallway around the door (large seperation on all 4 edges) - that explains why we heard ppls conversations and walking up and down the hallway. It sounded like the room next to us had a dog or 2 - up, down from the bed and can hear the barking. We heard every vehicle that passed on the road at night- very annoying- very cheap windows. Dont be alarmed when the 1: 30am train passes through until 1: 36am. The bathroom fan was so load, it sounded like it was going to explode - told the front desk, asked to be moved and said there wasnt any open rooms - we check in around 1: 45pm and there were only 12 cars in the parking lot at nght. So? The bed was pretty firm. The breakfast was ok (4/10), nothing special, the waffles were very cakey- feel apart. They didnt have any milk and short on items. Definitely not worth the money- BETTER hotels right the road for a few dollars more.

Not a 5 star hotel, but one of the best ones on the company card as far as costumer service, cleanliness and comfy bed
