Henry and everyone else who works there are helpful, kind, cheerful, and the wash is super high quality. For reference I go there every day, sometimes twice a day on snow days such as this.

I have never taken my car nor previous cars to a carwash until yesterday. The carwash ripped my front bumper clean off. My bumper is ruined, my rims on my car are scratched, and my license plate is scrapped. Not only that my car didnt even get fully cleaned near the rear end of my car. I told the employees and they took pictures and said they will look into it.i got an email today and they said the claim was denied as my car is over 10 years old. DONT go to rocket carwash. The wash is super rough on your car and my buddies told me they have damage on their cars too from here. The one time and my first time I wanted to get a carwash, my car is now damaged and I have to pay for it.

I have unlimited car wash. Pulled into lane for unlimited. Two cars in the pay lane were allowed to go before me. Then a pickup pulls into the other unlimited lane and that car was allowed to go before me. Not sure why that was allowed but it defeats the purpose of a membership.

Went there for a basic car wash. The lady attendant did a great job trying to upsell me to a membership but I do not live close so I did not get one. At that point she tried to upsell my car wash which I didn't want or need, but again, great employee doing her job to upsell.i proceed through the car wash and nothing happened. No water, no scrub, no air, nothing. For me, no big deal. I will go back around and inform the attendant on what happened. After, I tell her she goes inside to get, I presume, to be her manager who quickly came out and restarted my wash. He insisted on giving me the best wash even though I told him it was not necessary. As I am exiting the wash the attendant is waiting to see if it worked this time and it was satisfactory. Absolute great customer service and I am very grateful for that. In a world where customer service has gone out the window it was a nice change. This happened 2-22-2023 around 11 a.m. I am noting this time because I want the owner/manager to know how good these employees are. Rocket Car wash from here on out. Thank you!

I've been trusting my entire family's vehicles to Rocket Carwash for over 3 years now. I primarily use the Elkhorn location but the new one on Maple is great! They are efficient with getting cars through quickly with fantastic results. This is one of my monthly memberships that really pays off.

First time using them. Got an express wash. I was considering getting a membership due to the advertising while I was waiting my turn. Definitely won't go back. Waste of money. See pictures of results

Still has a hard time getting Jeep wranglers clean especially in the back but with the warmer weather, I was able to wipe down after today. They also have towels and cleaning supplies out.

I went through this car wash passing through town. My tailgate was still dirty when I left. The tenant talked me into the $24 car wash as it cleans the under body. My wheel wells, running boards and bumpers were all dirty also. Very disappointed in this car wash

One of the worst car washes ever. I paid for the most expensive membership and car was never cleaned. Called to cancel in October and was charged for October and November now. Call to talk to customer service to get refund. Took forever to get ahold of someone. I had to leave two voicemails and never got a call back. I had to call them again and was just told a manager can call me back. So I’m sure I won’t hear back from them but I’ll keep calling so I can get my refund of $60. I think I can hand wash my car better than their car wash does.

Friendly staff and love having unlimited car washes. Tire cleaner and vacuum service are our favorites

This place is amazing. Something has changed in the last day or two up to even today was a different feel, and since then I have seen changes in the experience and the site itself. Will def keep my membership and hope these changes continue to grow at this location.

Had their service for more than a year. My wife was entering the car wash and the young man (who we found out after the accident) was new to this location, pulled her in too close to the car in front. Our car hit the pickup hitch in front of her on exit of the wash. The manager (Thomas) told her and the pickup driver that this was the car-wash's fault and they would make it right. After they received our estimate, they are now refusing to pay and "Thomas" has disappeared. Terrible company. Do business with them at your own risk.

Love this place! Really patient and respectful customer service.high quality wash.my favorite is that handsome young man jack! He’s so sweet and a great salesman.

Shady membership practices. You can't cancel the membership yourself on their website AND you have to cancel 7 days before your renewal date, otherwise you'll still be charged for that month. They're trying to make it difficult to end your membership.

Great car wash. I really like that they not only have (good) vacuums but they also have a crevice vacuum head and best of all a very powerful air nozzle to blow out the crumbs and dirt you cant get to like in the vents. I also use it to blow of excess water on exterior that usually runs out after you drove of from mirrors, tailgate, rood racks, headlights etc.and then leaves water marks. I would ave rated them 5 stars if their scanner was so fickle reading my license plate. I usually have to wait for someone to manually let me in.
- Update on this review. I’ve noticed several issues where they have been closed when I arrived because equipment failure. In addition I have been stuck in a very long line for a long time a couple of times now due to equipment/ computer, whatever, failure. They have no way to get out of line once your in the line you are stuck! Dropping my rating to 3 stars.

If you’re looking for a subscription car cleaning service and you care about interior detailing, make the drive to Russel Speeders. Infinitely worth it. I canceled Russel Speeders to come to Rocket because it seemed more modern and it was much closer to my house. Rocket has no rug beaters, only rubber mat washers. Rocket doesn’t have bottles of cleaner at each station. The vacuum is way too powerful for some uses. All of that is liveable, but the worst thing is that both times I’ve been here the “clean” towels were still damp and covered in lint and left lint all over my car. As for convenience, this place is way closer to my house, I live at 192nd and Blondo. I’ll be making the drive to 156th and maple and renewing with Russel Speeders honestly because of the towels alone.

I like going here, I think it cleans good. But recent issues have caused me to rethink purchasing a membership here. Reason for a one star is it seems to be a repetitive issue of “no tire shine”. I’ve asked for “NO TIRE SHINE” to be put onto my account, and I’ll still say it as a reminder when I go in. It just flings it all over the car and really just wastes the whole wash. But I still seem to get tire shine put on my car after I ask for no tire shine, especially when it coats my whole rim and just flies everywhere and I have to reclean and rewash. They also do a horrible job on guiding you in, as my car was stuck and was wobbling and falling off the track. I also purchased the best membership, yet seem to not get all what’s included in it (somewhat hard to explain what I mean).

Umm yea, they figured out a great efficient car wash! Super quick, seems to be better quality of the car washes I've been to. Let's hope they hold up well by being maintained how they should be.

PS.initial review was 5 stars. Took 4 off for one HUGE flaw.your car may get damaged and no one there care. Good luck. Going back to washing my cars by hand.

Don't let the long line keep you from going. It was SUPER fast! (Rocket Fast?) Ha.

Vacuums are free & Pretty Good.

There's an air sprayer for detailing.think it has some sort of smell-freshner in the air (which is fine by me, loved it & the care smelled very clean) but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smelly-good things.don't use it.

As others have mentioned, their management is utterly incompetent.

In my last wash before I switched to Club Carwash, the employee signaled to me to put my car in neutral after entering the wash. I did so despite feeling something was off. I assumed the trained employee knew it was fine. Turns out the employee was likely trained by the incompetent management. My car was actually on top of one of the rollers and was very close to the car in front of me, as the employee told me to do. When I put my vehicle in neutral, it rolled forward off the roller and into the car in front. No damage to my car, but the other did.

Luckily, I never ended up having to pay for the damages, but I'm pretty sure that's because the other car's owner wasn't worried about it; not because Rocket paid for it.

Their own security footage shows pretty clearly the employee load my vehicle too closely to the other and then had me stop on the roller, instead of between them. Despite this video, the manager insisted I was at fault.

I cancelled the membership and had the district manager call me. I was busy and didn't answer but he left me a voicemail. Never heard back from him but he was at very least made aware of the fact the manager at the location is braindead and not capable of thinking critically.

I urge anyone who is thinking about using Rocket to seriously consider using any other carwash. I can't imagine a carwash with worse customer service, so anything is an upgrade.

They were pretty kool when I lost my license plate and gave it back easy to get a hold of and find it. They are super busy usually but they get through people pretty quickly. And the vacuums are free as well after the carwash.

Left horrible scratches down the entire side of my brand new 2022 vehicle. Went and met with someone at Elkhorn rocket wash to have them cover damage or pay to have it buffed since it was first and ONLY non touchless car wash it has EVER been in. Management was supposed to contact me and it has been a week now with nothing. Will also be filing a better business bureau claim if they do not contact me. Would not recommend for anyone that doesn’t want car covered in scratches on brand new paint with absolutely no Follow through to fix damage caused by their wash. Horrible.

Pushy Salesperson. Just wanted a wash. Said no just a basic wash. Still insisted for me to buy membership.

I used to have a 5 star review for this place. But if you don't want the unlimited membership drive to another place. They are too aggressive trying to sell the package and then not very friendly if you say no.

This is a decent car wash. My wife has a membership for her vehicle whereas I have a Tommy’s car wash membership on mine. I would have to say that i prefer the Tommy’s wash but really like the vip treatment the Rocket uses with their members.

Absolutely love how clean my car is the convenience of all the supplies needed and the locations throughout Omaha I happen to use every one of them

After car wash I have seen some scratches on rear bumper and filed a claim right away. After 2 days I got a email (claim denied) with a video clip surprisingly in the video clip that was not my car they sent me a different video and I realized more people are facing this issue in this location.
The manager is saying I am not in neutral but I am in neutral and this is not my 1st time visiting the Rocket car wash. Absolutely unfair management

Customer service is not great. I was told you could cancel membership anytime at any location… not true you have to go through a “retention hotline”. Car wash is mediocre and is why i was canceling membership. Tommys has better service and more locations… and its cheaper

I received the membership as a birthday present. Just like Eli (in prior review) said. I have a new bigger, black truck and after only 3 car washes I noticed paint chips and scratches. (they tend to stand out more on black! I called and left a VM.call was returned the next day which was nice. However the young man told me that wouldn't happen. I said i take very good care of my vehicles and he still said it was not the car wash. Dissapointed he didn't even sound like he wanted to talk about it?
unfortunately will be canceling service.

Want drivers license and all info on your first born. Was a joke. Just wanted a fast car wash. Not the place to do it! Backed out and went to Tommy’s in and out in 2 minutes or less
