Always an upbeat place! The workouts get updated often, and stay engaging! Staff and team members have always been willing to answer any questions and assist with the tutorials. Would definitely recommend for yourself or with a friend!

Can't recommend enough. The staff is great, and Carly the manager makes your experience so fun! I've become completely addicted to my sauna sessions and my body has never felt better.

Friendly, not pushy, affordable, and convenient. Other than not liking the sensation of sweating into my own eyeballs, a perfect gym.

I love hotworx, amazing workers, extremely friendly environment, and from the day i started i felt so welcomed by all. Great place to earn that burn!

Best fitness decision ever! I’m not a gym rat and I’m not super confident about my physical abilities/appearance, but none of that matters with hotworx. The girls at 168th make me feel like I belong there just as much as anyone else. The workouts can be as tough/easy as you make them. I love that it fits into my schedule one way or another with multiple sessions/times available all day/every day.
My body craves the sauna now and I hate being hot.but this kind of heat is different. I feel so good after every session that I don’t hesitate to come back the next day for more. I’ve seen some great improvements in my strength and balance so I know it’s working!
This is the longest gym membership I have kept up with and actually USE! I am hooked!

Great location. As good at the NW location. Great shower facility. I'm a real fan on HotWorx. The warmth makes movement much easier.

Just recently started here, and LOVE it! All the girls that work here are always so friendly, and such a positive workout environment! The workouts are amazing, and would recommend to anyone!

I find it incredibly non customer service satisfaction when you can sign up online and give them your money online but to cancel you have to go in… when telling her I live 35min away her response was “oh it’s not that far” LOL! Sounds extremely scammish coming from someone who not only runs her own business but also has worked in customer service her entire life. It’s a gym, not a bank. Get real!

LOVE this location of Hotworx! It is extremely clean and spacious. The employees are welcoming and very personable! Also, love the fact it is 24 hours and the workouts are only 15-30ish minutes long - perfect for those with a full schedule! Highly recommend!
