Very, very poor customer service. I was waiting over an hour for a pedicure people kept walking past me, not saying anything. And when I spoke up, I got ignored. Long story short, I left

I had a wonderful experience here! Linda did my nails and they turned out great! She took her time to make sure all the nails were the same shape, which I really appreciated!

Absolutely love this nail shop the staff is always nice and friendly and my nail tech Vicki is the best.

Loved it! Was visiting Omaha and needed my nails done. The technicians were welcoming and professional. My pedi was done by Cindy. She was thorough and often asked if I was ok. She even stopped to reset my chair so I could have a massage. My nails were done by Ty. Initially, I was disappointed they don't use get builder with the gel polish but I'm happy with how my nails came out! When visiting Omaha again, I'll definitely get my nails done here.

Rude rude rude. I suspect this place will not be in business within a year. So many things I could say from no customer service to messy stations not sanitized tools to pure uncomfortableness with tech Tony. For context I regularly get my nails done at another location which was closed for a holiday. This place happened to be open so I walked in. They said it would be a 10-15 min wait which was fine. The wait was accurate and as the tech was doing my fill he cut my skin twice. I expressed to be careful and to treat it. There was actual blood and he was not going to clean it and treat it with antiseptic which is customary, necessary and hygienic when there is a blood drawn. He then proceeded to blame me for his lack of precision. I was astonished asking how it was my fault? In short, he was rushed because of customer to tech ratio. He said that because they agreed to take me as a walk in I had to work with them. I let them know I didn’t beg or ask for special treatment I walked in as I saw other customers do and you agreed to provide me a service and take me as a customer. If they didn’t want it couldn’t do it, they should have said no they were full. He then proceeded to tell me, all the while he had my hands with the drill that he was going to give me his opinion. I let him to save his opinion for himself. All that was left was to do uv light next or I would have left bc of his aggressive and rude tone and unprofessionalism. I was patient pleasant and easy going the whole time until he tried to refuse testing a cut and blaming me for his error. It is never safe to go to a place that doesn’t take hygiene and blood born pathogens seriously. I will never go back!

Went in to get a dip and a pedicure in advance of my upcoming wedding. We were walk ins since scheduling didn’t work out with other places. I will say the customer service was good and I like my nails but they nickel-and-dimed me for everything they could think of. $15 to put a couple jewels on my nails, $15 for a clear coat of polish on my toes, and another $5 for French tips. And of course they don’t mention any of it until you question them at checkout. I will never go back to this salon and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

I made an appointment because I like long stiletto nails. The staff so friendly, set me up with Vicky. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and said do anything. She went beyond my expectations and I have the most BEAUTIFUL set of nails I have ever had! Definitely recommend! Will absolutely return.

This was my third time getting a pedicure at Contour and all I can say is each experience has been wonderful. I really enjoyed the conversation that I was able to have with my nail tech and my husband while we enjoyed the pampering. My nails look great and we definitely plan to return!

Love this salon. Employees are always great and they were kind enough to honor a very expired gift certificate. They seem to really care about doing a great job and my nails always look amazing.

Very patient and friendly. My nails are long & natural and they do a perfect job shaping and the dip isn’t to thick!

Wonderful experience, very relaxing environment, nail tech took her time with my mother's dip manicure and left her nails looking so pretty. Will drive 2.5 hours again!

Awful costumer service. I inquired politely about fixing my nails and was met with complete lack of professionalism and rudeness. Definitely do no recommend. I went immediately to Walmart after to buy a file to fix my nails.

First time customer. Very clean and chic atmosphere. They have a ton of color options and got me and my sister in and out within 45 minutes. My nail tech Ty was so sweet! Highly recommend!

If you have an appointment time you might have to wait 30 minutes after the time they gave you.

Just went here for the first time since my regular salon wasn't open to do a fill on my acrylics. Liam was very kind at first, but after I picked my color, just seemed to chuckle and openly make fun of my choice around both other employees and customers beside me. I literally watched a girl next to me hold in a laugh. I was basically bullied and will not be going again. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect, despite the rest of my experience and service being good.

These are my nails- I asked for orange on the left hand and purple on the right with cat-eye effect for Halloween.

Paid 76 bucks for the worst "ultimate" pedicure of my live. The woman just rubbed lotion into my legs for 45 minutes. She didn't touch my feet at all. Im pregnant and my feet hurt. This was the worst spent money of my life and I am so incredibly annoyed about it. I have an anklet that doesn't ever come off. The woman pulled it so many times, I felt like she was doing it on purpose. Hot stones were done for maybe 2 minutes and she rubbed them on the bones of my ankles. It hurt and It wasnt enjoyable. From the moment I sat down the experience was terrible.apparently youre suppose to get a water or a juice with the service i picked and was never offered anything.the woman never smiled or greeted me, or said a word.and lastly, i waited 20 minutes for my friend to get done who got the exact same service as me and started at the same time. Just a terrible experience all around. Will never go back.

Clean, bright space with friendly nail techs. My tech in particular did a wonderful job though I didn't catch her name. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to be seen right away.

Sandy did a phenomenal job on my ombré manicure I wanted. It looked exactly like the picture. The customer service was great and the staff all so friendly. I’ll be back there for sure!

Terrible experience. Overcharged after I spoke on my problem with the nail tech and my problem wasn’t resolved. They rushed my pedicure and I paid for the best they had. Do not recommend. I paid $100 for a $25 job.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, and was able to get an appointment for a dip about 90 minutes after my call. The salon is super clean and well organized, and the staff was very welcoming. Vee did my dip manicure, and she was amazing! She was very conscientious about shape and thickness, about which I’m very picky. I am incredibly happy with my nails! I will definitely be going to contour in the future.

I had a great experience! The water was the perfect temperature for my pedicure. The lady (can’t remember her name) asked twice if it was okay and it really was. She took her time and made my toenails perfect. I had French tips done for my manicure and the time she took to make them perfect was the best service. I typically pick at my fingers, but she took extra time to make sure there were no rough edges and everything was smooth and now I feel this manicure is going to stick around because of it. You cannot do better.

I’ve been wanting to try this new nail bar. What took me so long? ! Crystal gave me the best pedi and dip I’ve ever had. She really worked on my toe nails ever so carefully. The foot and leg massage, hot towels and stones felt heavenly. Great choices for nail colors. New massage chairs with lots of settings. Chairs are set further apart so you’re not on top of other clients. Then she did my dip nails. Multiple dip layers, contouring, nothing hurt. Smooth polish w/o any lines. Rounded nail in perfect unison with each finger. And a wonderful hand and arm massage to finish the mani. I can’t stop looking at my ten little toes and fingers. I know I’ve found my new place and I’ll be telling everyone at work to go here. They already know my name and made me feel special. Thanks!

I came in and the staff were all very helpful and I was attended immediately. My full set was just how I wanted it and did not take long at all. I would definitely recommend this place.
