They should fire the GM and replace the staff. It smells like weed all the time in there, all staff are high on the job. Orders take FOREVER and its only this location. I will be contacting HQ. Disrespectful to Dashers trying to provide services for THEIR customers. They are rude, disgusting behavior. This location either needs new staff or to be shut down!

I went in right at lunch time and the cashier Adriona was welcoming and nice! My fries and wings were hot and fresh, I will definitely be back to this location!

The day I went there there was 4 employees and the place was packed. The employees were slow and didn't care. Suddenly 2 of them quit and the other 2 tried to fill the remaining orders but failed. They just locked the door and closed. Not a very stable place. I like their hot wings and parmesan garlic when you can get them.

This store seems to close when they feel like it. This is the second night I've tried to put in an order and the website won't let you put in an order and they turn the phone system off. I won't be back.

The chicken we received was fine. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how good the sides we ordered were, because we didn't get them. We placed our order on the website. It was delivered by DoorDash, and was 20 minutes later than the time promised. I called the store twice to ask for a refund or a delivery of our missing food, but the phone rang 20 times each time with no answer. This is the first and last time we'll be ordering from here.

I honestly really like Wingstop but because this location has such awful customer service I won't eat here anymore. This review starts with an experience I had over a year ago before covid. The staff was extremely kind and considerate to me when I was in the restaurant but despite this when I got home I was missing part of my order. Mistakes happen, I understand. The problem was when I tried to call the store to communicate the mistake I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I have gotten food here a few times since then with any consistent food quality. At this point the customer service is non existent and this location may as well go out of business. I live in the South St Louis area and wish there was another location available for me to order from. This location gives Wingstop corporate a very bad look. I have never been to another location of Wingstop that is so hard to enter and feels so unsafe to be outside and pick food up from. I too would give zero stars if that was an option.

Whoever the current staff is, keep them on! We order bi-weekly, and never have an issue on any level. With so many fast foods going in the gutter, I seriously appreciate a place that actually delivers what you pay for.

I would do no. Cause I tell u what 1st I was trying to call and this is all the time they answer the phone but didn't tell me the wait a minute I usually end up waiting 10 minutes when I went in there today online order cuz they care phone telling me to hold on so that's a problem within itself that you called there and they don't is or don't take your order when I went in there today they didn't have my ticket in the back so it took 45 minutes for my food to be done the only reason why I stayed and didn't get a refund because I have a disabled parent and she and this is what she wanted!

Ordered ahead, waited a half hour for dry, overdone chicken. Staff was pleasant and gave periodic updates to those waiting but the music was so loud that it was difficult to hear. I'll go to Buffalo Wild Wings next time.

Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered delivery, and only received the sides, NO CHICKEN! Called the store, they were no help In resolving the situation. Didn’t even answer the phone when we tried to call back. This location needs to be shut down. Terrible service, horrible attitudes.

One employee was not wearing a mask at all when I walked in. They did put it on after I came in. Another employee while I was there had their mask pulled down under their nose to leave their nose uncovered. This is the kind of problem I've had with masks at Wingstop a number of times in the past

Wingstop messed up my order then when I called to either fix my order or get my refund I was hung up on TWICE by the GENERAL MANAGER! They told me it would take 3-4 business day for my refund to be put back into my bank, its been days. When I call the store they don't answer! This Wingstop location is absolutely terrible! The workers are rude and unprofessional and this is not a good place to eat!

They continuously mess my food up on my breaks and never fix it bc I don’t keep the half done mess they’ve given me on several occasions, staff is unruly and engages In outside business while at work.

Diane, Ednicia, Ms. Tanya, and the team on Monday morning September 28th were helpful, friendly and professional when getting my order together. I ordered online before the store opened but my order had not come through the system yet and I had a business meeting to go to. Diane made my order quickly and made sure all of my items were correct despite the system not updating. They went above and beyond to make sure I arrived to my business meeting on time with lunch for everybody.

This place is awful to me, the staff is rude, obnoxious and ghetto/unprofessional. I called my order in so that it would be ready when I arrived but they don't cook your food til you get there. I wasted my time calling it in. NEVER AGAIN!

Have eaten here before and had a good experience. Today I had a delivery disappear (thanks doordash) and the manager was more than willing to help fix the order.

I called to place an order and the person who picked up the phone had an attitude, said I had to come in to place an order. How does that make sense? Come in place an order and then drive all the way back home, I'm not going to waste my time so I called Richmond heights and they were polite took my order right away. I wont be going back to this location anymore

Worst restaurant ever they take all day on orders and have the worst customer service ever. Preordering a order doesn't even work I still wait for my meal don't even bother coming here.

Always a conscientious and friendly staff largely to say because most of the were trained by the BEST MANAGER this location ever had Cidnee Wright (moved to Arnold location) This store will continue to prosper from her Smile and IMPECABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
