I have had to use them a couple of times in the past couple of years. Both times, they have been very friendly, efficient, and fast, too. I have been very pleased with the quality of their work. On my last repair, they did their analysis, ordered the parts, and I was able to keep driving my vehicle until it was time for the repair. That saved me the expense of a rental car. Thanks!

My sunroof glass was broken. I called SafeLite (name recognition) and they referred me to an online site where I would pay for the part and it would be shipped to “a local repair shop”. That local shop was S&L. I wasn’t given a choice, but since it didn’t have to go to Springfield, I was ok with it. From the beginning, they were professional and courteous. Since my job was a simple one, they worked me in really quickly. The labor charge was exactly what I was told it would be and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

It took some time to get an appointment, but once my car was in repair I was regularly updated and the work was excellent. Great customer service!

Amazing service. Hit a deer several hours away from home. They handled the entire thing from start to finish with the tow truck and insurance. Truck looks better then it did before the accident. Daily updates on the progress and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Had a small interior piece break and they were able to get OEM cheaper than the dealer and install it within 2 days. Yes it was a small deal but the service was impressive and fast. This is the second time my family has used this shop. It’s well run and locally owned. Support small business!

Talk about a great experience at a bad time. I got hit by a tourist that was in town and our friend suggested S&L collision center and they were in our insurance Network which was even better because it's lifetime guaranteed work. We had a lot of aftermarket parts on our truck and they were able to get most of the parts pretty quickly. They got the repairs done so quick and beautifully done and executed. I would 100% recommend them as a collision center. They're all great they kept me updated with the process too. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here.

After a car accident these guys had my Charger looking Ike new and she is 8 years old! They did a phenomenal job! Really appreciate how they called and updated me on progress too, plus had her ready 1 day early!

I had scraped my car during the winter. I brought my car in to repair the damage. They were easy and friendly to work with. I made the appointment and left my car on the date I was told. They left messages on how they were doing and actually got my car back earlier than I expected. The work done was great and like new. I would recommend to anyone.

All I can say is wow. I took my car in after an accident and they made a mistake that resulted in a couple of things not being fixed. But they went WAY above and beyond to fix their mistake and apologized profusely. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone to them. Also the customer service in general is amazing.

I have been using S&L collision for MANY years. I know Scott and his team only do top quality work.he also does custom work as well. He has done many custom things to our vehicles! All I can say is when u get you car back I was always nothing but SMILES! They are not a shop that cuts corners. He has been in the business for a VERY LONG TIME! I chose S&L collision after an accident solely based on their location. (They're next to my gym) but I would choose them again because the service was top notch. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. When the repairs took longer than expected, they made me feel like they genuinely cared and would do whatever it took to get done as soon as possible. I appreciated that they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was returned in the best condition possible. Also I've been to a few different body shops and they were the first one to return my vehicle cleaned (interior and exterior). 10/10 would use this shop again.

Have used this collision report center several times and there work is always tops and there service personal are very helpful.
I was kept informed by text on the progress of the work over the 2 week period and was completed on time.
Total repair on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was almost $5000.

The whole staff especially Sherry were kind, professional, and honest from start to finish. They were quick on their service and charged a very very reasonable price. As I waited the first day on a quote I witnessed Scott help another customer. He purposefully went above and beyond to help the man save money on his repairs. It was refreshing to see someone work with kindness and integrity. I would highly recommend them!
