Dr. Middlemist and the rest of the JCMG Orthopaedic staff have been amazing. They have been working with my son since September of last year and I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for all of their hard work and dedication they have shown us. Middlemist has gone over and beyond for my son for the past almost year (and still currently). With my son being a pediatric patient who struggles with anxiety, Middlemist listens to him and makes him feel heard- all while making him laugh and feel comfortable. Thank you so much JCMG Orthopaedics!

Very impressed with how quickly I was checked in and treated by a doctor. Wasn't even there an hour and I got X-Rays done.

Tried to get services that was deemed medically necessary for my treatment but got yanked around for a month, they also won't keep the apportionment they give you. They then call 30 minutes after what they call my apportionment time and tell me sorry do you just want to cancel.

We are very pleased with the job that Dr Wilson did on our daughter’s foot surgery. It healed amazingly fast!

JCMG has to be an elaborate prank or study to see how terrible and disorganized a healthcare provider can be and still be tolerated. There is no way they are so consistently bad without trying to be.

Dr Wilson at JCMG ortho waited over 48 hours to sign any paperwork on our toddler who sustained a broken leg. This paperwork was to give to his school, the medical supply store for his wheelchair, and for pain medicine. Pain meds were not administered nor prescribed and it took 2 days of calling/leaving messages and a final walk in to the office and waiting nearly an hour for 2 administrative personnel to use all their power to get ahold of Dr Wilson just to sign and finalized her report. The administrative staff was great, however zero communication to us as parents from the actual Doc or her nurse to give us proper paperwork for aftercare. If we have a choice we will go to Columbia women’s and children next time 110%. I have never had to put this much effort i.e. Calling 6 times a day leaving voice mail after voice mail, taking off work, driving to the office and physically walking in to being able to actually talk to someone.

Wonderful Doctors, nurses and staff. I have been coming here to have several issues fixed over the years and I have always been very happy about the results, the bed side manner and intelligence of all staff members. Quite a team!

Because of a surgery she did on my right hand, dominant hand, I now have very limited use of it, they injured my wrist in pt after surgery and said I may have to have another surgery to fix that! She also did carpal tunnel surgery at the same time on same hand, and it is bad now too, I’ve had nothing but trouble with it and pain since. Now having more dr appointments because of the pain

My wife had a problem with her knee and had surgery that he took only 15 minutes to do and did not do a very good job and it caused a problem that he charged to fix. My mistake as she should have went to Columbia.
