We do not live in MO any longer, so trying to navigate through a probate living in another state was difficult. After going through different lawyers, it seems to me that they need to explain the process more! We are not knowledgeable with all the legal aspects. It's bad enough to lose a child, them having to deal with lawyers was hard

Annie was our main point of contact for the "day-to-day" tasks, she made the process easy and very straightforward.

Our only minor feedback to John would be to try and keep appointment times as we sometimes had to call the office directly to remind of our appointment. This was mainly due to other calls running over. Did not detract from the overall experience, however. As a professional myself I understand the chaos of a busy day so again this was minor.
