My car broke down near the bait shop, just nearly making it into to shop’s parking lot. Trey was so kind as to allow me, along with my two littles and grandma to come into the shop to wait for our ride. It was incredibly hot today and he let us sit in the a/c while we waited & contacted the necessary people. He talked with us & didn’t treat us like a bother. He also made recommendations for bird/dog food & I assured him that we would be back to purchase for our two dogs & our wild bird friends. Thank you!

I purchased vaccines and administered to my dog. My dog became lethargic. I took my dog to the vet where the diagnosed her with kidney failure. She had to be euthanized. She had a kennel mate. He is well he did not receive the vaccine. I’m looking for anyone else who had the same response.

They have best customer service its a small crampped space but had alot of good stuff. I will be going there for all my fur babys needs from now on! Amazing people and great stuff. I spent way more then planned when i showed up lol.my dogs are spoiled

Been calling them for a week but they never answer and voicemail isn't set up.to get pricing and availability for cat specialty food. I won't waste a trip there and will keep getting it from Kennedy's Animal Clinic in Raytown. Their prices are cheaper than Chewy autoship pricing.

They sell fishing poles, minnows, worms, mill worms, dog food and fishing license. I like it because its close and convenient. The people are very nice!

When I wanna go fishing out the blue I can trust my favorite bait shop is open, always friendly staff I can get a treat for my dog or my bird while I’m there. One stop shop

Came in wanting to support local but will never come again! Both times the customer service has been super slow, the owner always has an terrible attitude, the parking lot is a complete disaster and the hours don’t match from store and website.

Been going there for years, they have always been the same, good solid about GOD people! Good healthy products, with good honest experience, and trustworthy advice!

They say they Close at 7pm but that’s false I went out my way when I got off work at 530pm to get some things for my K9, I pulled up close to 6pm a guy was at the door I gets out my car he locks it and walks away from the door ‍️I’ll never go back there, for fish bait nothing.

This is an old bait shop run by a very nice fella who is a real helpful guy. We went for a dietary supplement for our Cane Corso, and he took great care of us. He is apparently well know for raising show quality dogs and knows his stuff! I highly recommend him and the store to all!

If you have questions about rasing pets or questions about pet behavior/training, this is the place to go. It's a little small, but the people are very accommodating.
