I spend lots and lots and lots of money in O'Reilly's yearly but I must say the O'Reilly's in picayune is by far the worst I have ever encountered Sydney is horrible with a very bad attitude, Tracy doesn't have any customer service and John the other manager is a punk

Had to get an AC compressor for my wife's car her AC went out and she ain't happy about it

Great customer service and pricing. They almost always have what I need (and then some that I don't lol). They had some parts that I just knew that I would have to get from a junk yard and for a good price.

I walked in, and the female clerk asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for and what I was driving. She looked everything up, and then went and collected it for me. Whole transaction took less than 5 minutes. I love it when people know what they are doing and take pride in their job.
