While my experience wasn’t absolutely horrible, I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a gel manicure done. The nail tech was very aggressive me and did hurt me a few times while digging into my cuticles with his tools. He also did not shape my nails the way I asked him too and just overall rushed my experience. I understand that the salon was busy and it was a bit late in the afternoon but it was still very disappointing how rushed the job was and the results afterward. The salon was also pretty dirty, dust everywhere and the nail techs tools were not clean. Overall, I would not recommend coming here for manicure services.

Friday night I went to Lee Nails and spa, this isn’t the first time that I have been to this nails salon: My nails and pedicures have always turned out great. But I would not recommend getting your eyelashes done at Lee nails and spa. I told the young lady that I would like to have every natural looking eyelashes, nothing big. When I looked in the mirror when she got finished I told her these is a lot of lashes and they’re thick. Paid $30.00. The next morning my left eye was burning and kept sticking together from so much glue on the lashes. I went back the next night to get the to remove the Lashes, the manager was so rude and unprofessional. He told me that I should have known that those lashes were gonna burn my eyes. I have never had lashes to burn my eyes bore my lids stick together when I blink. Yes I paid for the service but I didn’t have those lashes on for less than 24 hours. Every Disappointed

This was the WORST experience E ER. The tech couldn't understand anything and gave me what HE wanted me to have. I'll NEVER go back!

Normally, Lee nails is very quick. I get in and out and love my nails and service. However, I came in on Tuesday around 2-3pm. I wanted a pedicure and to repaint my natural nails. I waited 15 minutes to get service. There were 7 workers there. There was only ONE other customer in the building. 6 of the 7 workers were on their phone. The 7th worker was already with another customer. I had to wait for him to get done before I got to sit at his chair. I got gel on my toes and nails three days ago. The polish on two of my toes is already gone along with my middle nail. Lee nails is pretty cheap compared to other nail salons is Starkville. But I am disappointed with how my gel polish held up.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! No client interaction! Didn't listen to what I asked for. Rushed through! I paid for a 65.00 package and so many steps were skipped. My feet still have dead skin and they didn't even cut my nails. I could have done this at home for free!

Gel starts peeling off within 3 hours of getting them done. Waste of money. Nail tech didn’t even make sure the gel was dry.

Manicure was great. Came back about two hours later and got a different person. I got a deluxe pedicure, he skipped so many steps. Still had visible dead skin I head great things maybe it was just him but I won’t be returning.

I went here Thursday and got some eyelashes in the process of her doing I asked how long do I wait to before I can wash my face and she said we you leave the glue will be dry I said okay so I wait until last night to wash my face and of course they got wet but as soon as they did my lashes started coming off and I went back up there this morning to see if they could fix them and they one of the guys said straight to me and my boyfriend there nothing we can do we can’t fix it so I do not recommend coming here for anything they do not care!

The old crew that was at Lee Nails was EXCEPTIONAL! They served you how you wanted to be served bc your money was paying for said service! This NEW crew they have in here are rude, unprofessional and spend most of the time telling you what they CANT DO! I miss their old crew! I will NOT
be coming back here!

This is rediculous! I asked the nail lady to cut my nails short and shave them flat. She didn’t listen to me she just kind of did her own thing. Before she got started I also asked her if I could pay for her to polish my toes white before she put the actual color on so that it would pop more. She didn’t listen and now my toes are the wrong color. The whole process was very rushed through, and to top it all off she had a very bad attitude so I will not be returning thankyou. 11/13/2021

Horrible experience.most operators are non english speaking. How do you get the nail job you want if they dont understand?

Henry is the best! I can always count on him to make sure my nails look Fabulous. I have referred several friends to Lee Nails and Spa and they have become returning customers.

This place did an excellent job on my toes and my nails they did my eyebrows on the thin side but they were extremely neat so I wasn't upset the only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the rhinestones on my nails fell off after a few days other than that this place does quality work

Very quick, they have a lot of people working so you don’t have to wait long at all. The massage chair is very fancy and they take their time to do a good job. Definitely coming back!

I LOVE this place.ever since i lost my old nail tech, i was in search of a new place that does my nails EXACTLY how i like them & they do. The staff is so nice & honestly, their prices are pretty reasonable as well. I always go & ask for Cris for my nails, he does a FANTASTIC job. If you were wondering about trying them, please do & ask for Cris! You won’t be disappointed

I had an amazing experience. The lady who did my toes did exceptionally well! I am very happy with what I got. And Chris did amazing on the hands!

Very organized and the staff had it setup covid ready, everyone and their station was separate. When I arrived with 2 of my friend girls on a Fri morning for pedicures, they were packed. It was my birthday and we were headed out of town afterwards and they got us in and out in a very timely manner. They worked together to get the clients in and out and their work was a job well done. I will refer and return!

Yes! I was recommended to them by some friends, I will drive to Starkville from Tupelo any day! In and out within 35 mins, the man was super friendly, and did good work!

I've been going to Lee's Nails for years. It's the only nail salon I would ever go to. Henry does the best job with my nails and Lee Lee is the best with eyelashes and brows. I find everyone who works there to be very friendly and personable. If you seek great nails and great customer service, go to Lee's Nails.

I love this place I went in for full set and was out the chair in 30 minutes the employees are so nice and the prices are more than affordable

I recently moved to Starkville and was told that this is the best place to go to. My first time there I was told there was no wait for an acrylic fill and 2 nail repairs, but ended up waiting for 45 minutes and was told to move chairs 3 times. I asked the nail tech who was working with me a question and she walked away, so I asked the nail tech sitting next to her, and he ignored me and then laughed when I asked again. On top of that, I noticed that they were not practicing all of the proper sanitation guidelines. I just took my nails off to allow them to breath and discovered that I now have a nail fungus on the nails that they did repairs on, that I did not have before. I will not recommend this place, nor will I be going back.

Loving my new full set. Lee Nails are the only place i go and my daughter go. I've been doing business with them since i started getting nails at 16. Cris is my tech! Go see him TODAY!

The prices are average and the wait is usually not bad, but the last two times I've gone my nails have been rushed and did not look good. I just had my dip redone for a wedding, but the girl who did them made the dip SO thick. They were pretty rough. Even though I asked her to file them down a little bit they were still so thick I couldn't wait to get them redone. They were also not the shape I wanted even though I asked multiple times to have them shaped differently. I've had good experiences here before, but I'm not sure if I will be back since it's not exactly cheap and isn't really worth risking when I can pay slightly more and know they will be done well.

I went in for a pedicure when they were pretty busy, in the evening right before spring break. So i was surprised when my friend and i were seated quickly, but it took about 45 minutes of waiting in the chair before my pedicure even began. And during that time, my friend’s was already finished even though we came in at the same time. Usually this wouldn’t have been too much of an issue, but he was so rushed and did such a sloppy job that we both wanted to repaint our nails as soon as we left. Maybe they’re better when it’s not busy?

This is my favorite nail shop in Starkville! The staff is very friendly and patient. I highly recommend Henry for full sets and manis. Leo is great for pedicures

Lee nails is personal and does quality work. Henry is the only person I let do my nails. He makes them look natural and always makes them exactly how I want them.

They really do wonderful on my nails every time I go there. They also listen to your reviews.which is great. Last time I left a review I said that they did great but it smelled bad. When I went back they fixed the Oder. It smelled much better and I appreciate that. The woman who did my nails was kind and thoughtful, she made sure I didn’t leave unhappy. They also were quick to get me in a chair even though it was packed! That was a plus. I definitely recommend Coming here!
