Incredible food. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of sauce. Highly recommend.

Just had a Justin here. Maybe the best burger I ever had. Simple and delicious. Buttery, spicy, savoury and fresh all at the same time. Love it

There are plenty of restaurants in Boston and I have decided not to patronize unfriendly ones. When I walked in the employee working the counter just looked at me, no "hi" or "hello. " I don't need a grilled cheese that bad. Walked out.

I’m sad to be writing this because I really love Roxy’s food truck & have been a few times. Unfortunately my experience in store was so different: (I walked in & no one bothered to acknowledge me. Then when I was ready to order one of the people at the counter, without looking up said “are you gonna get that” to her coworker, while the coworker said “there so many better things I could be doing right now” Fries were great! They did forget my diet coke that I paid for, I just didn’t want to go back in because that experience turned me off from going there. Just less than great customer service. & I totally get it I’ve worked in customer service most of my life, sometimes it’s just a bad day. But I was just super unhappy with my experience & definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

Customer service was amazing! There was a young kid with tattoos who really made me and my wife feel like family. Polite, well mannered, really made our experience 1 of a kind! My only complaint would be the fries were kinda bland but that’s it. The grilled cheese was great. 10/10 highly recommend

Been in Boston almost ten years and never been here! Had their burger for the first time and it's my go to now. Great (challah) bun, quality beef, and toppings. Grillos pickles ftw. And affordable at 7 or 8 bucks for the grade of burger! Some bars sell a worse burger for 12 or more!

There food is delicious absolutely delicious, and affordable. If you go to Roxy's you better tip 20%. Delicious every single time, my favorite burger/sandwich shop. Best in Allston and Brighton! Plus amazing customer service, they are always happy!

The bacon cheeseburger was solid in taste but not hearty enough. I enjoyed their sauce on the burger though and the bread was also well cooked with a nice crunch. The service was quick too which was nice. I'd come back if I'm feeling in the mood for another burger.

A large variety of excellent grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers makes Roxy's a must-stop destination. I had the grilled cheese melt with pickles and highly recommend. The bread was crispy but not too hard, The cheese was perfectly melted, and the pickles add a crunch that is unexpectedly delightful. I will be returning! Four stars only because they forgot my fries, but I'm sure they were busy.

Roxy's is the best! You really can't go wrong. Grilled cheeses, burgers, fries, and the tomato soup are all delicious. Lots of fun vegetarian/vegan options too. Super friendly staff as well!

The food here is great. The classic three cheese grilled cheese has bread that is toasted just right and has a perfect blend of cheeses. The burgers here are good as well.

Food is okay. Not the best grilled cheese I’ve had. Ordered a classic grilled cheese and tomato soup but my sandwich was charred/burnt from one side so had to toss that side out.

Love Roxy’s. Great fries and super veggie and vegan options. Also: friendly, accommodating staff.

A great grilled cheese restaurant with vegan friendly options. Currently (Aug. 1,2020) you do have to place all orders online or over the phone to promote social distancing, but it's super easy and quick. Delicious food and great service.

The regular 3 cheese grilled cheese is unbelievable, it has perfect melting cheeses inside without resorting to american cheese. The toast is perfectly buttered for maximum crunch and taste. My only complaint for this place is the poutine, they really need to work on their formula, they need to add the curds to the fries and then apply the hot gravy to get the curds at the right melting point.

Such delicious options for vegans and meat eaters alike! One of my fave spots in Boston. I love this place and they always deliver so quickly. If you're veggie, try the buffalo tofu sandwich!: D

Can’t speak for all of their food, but I tried the chicken sandwich today and I’m in love. It’s literally perfect.

Ordered delivery. Grilled cheese are very good. I suggest Allston sandwich the Buffalo Tofu Melt, and Green Muenster Melt. Decent price.

I ordered a hot honey and it was incredibly burnt. Not only was the bread burnt but the bacon inside was burnt as well. It was like eating charcoal. I ended up throwing it out. Disappointing because I order from here a lot but it seems really hit or miss lately.

The vegan buffalo tofu sandwich was an assault on the senses. Taking a bite was like digging your teeth into a cake of salt. Absolutely inedible. The Allston sandwich was edible, at least, but too heavy on the salt side, also.

YES, YES, YES! The Justin Burger, Double Fried Chicken, Fries and Chocolate chip cookies are what dreams are made of. My almost 2 year old has now joined the team and is obsessed with the simple grilled cheese though at the Cambridge location its the hot dog 24/7. This place has the best friend chicken sandwich in the city, Popeyes, Chick-Fil-A WHO? ROXY's! The burgers, criminally underrated - so outstanding.

Great food! I had the Big beef patty melt (I think that’s the name) It was sooo good! My son had the Julian? Burger, which he loved. We could eat here every day.

One of the best burgers on planet earth, excellent vibes inside with a classic edge for the whole establishment, went there 4 years ago and again today and still taste epic

The food was very good (our only complaint was the poutine was pretty salty) and a fine beer selection. Prices aren't cheap.
