Lovely Nails

Went yesterday first of all. IT SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY MOP right when you walk in. I just needed my nails done ASAP, but I regret it.chair #7, she kept cutting me. She didn't even file my real nails down, so now they are peeling underneath. I got a light pink almost see-through, and you can see my real nails. Just looks weird.

All of the nail techs do great work. It's ALWAYS busy so I would suggest making an appointment instead of a walk-in

I called to set up an appointment once there the lady seemed annoyed to remove my nails. She kept saying I don’t need to have them removed. I asked for charms and she looked annoyed just even showing me what she has. I don’t know how they have a 4.2 in reviews. I had to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed.

Worst nail experience I have ever had. I visited this shop twice in one week. The first time wa great. The nail tech was quick and did a good job on my nails. The problem is I chose a color that I hated. So, I went back to change the color; but since it was DIP Powder, I had to do them over. No problem. The second nail tech was rude from the start. No problem, I'm just here to get my nails done and I'll be on my way. When she asked if I wanted to change the shape, I told her no. Just need a new color. I was just here Tuesday. She seemed frustrated by my response. Sorry lady it's what I want not what you want. It wasn't until she finished filing that I noticed that she made them shorter and UNEVEN! When I pointed that out, she became enraged. Started yelling at me. Accusing me of trying to get free nails. I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my life. She stormed off and I had to ask the owner to finish my nails. I happily PAID my fee and left. Never will I ever go to the establishment again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is clearly not the priority here. The owner did nothing in response to how his employee treated me. Not even an apology.

Terrible place. Got a manicure and a day later, all but 1 was good. And before leaving I had ask the rep to fix 3. Would not recommend.

This place is the absolute best nail salon that I've ever been to and believe me I've been to many. The people are very friendly and do exactly what you ask. The salon itself is always spotless too! It is so good that sometimes there's a little wait but I tell you it is worth it! I rate it a 10 of 10.

Had a terrible experience was told to come back in a half an hour which I did. All I wanted was to take off my acrylic nails. The manger told me that they were closing but continued to take me after the fact of me waiting. In the process of him taking me he was asking me questions on who did my nails an why couldn't they take it off. I proceeded to tell him that if he was closing an did not want to do it then he should have said something an not taken me. Long story stort decided to leave due to him having an attitude. He was having breathing issues with his attitude. Terrible customer service if I knew they were closing I would have came back another day. Would give zero stars if it was an option. The manager was rude unprofessional.

Do not ever go to Donna. She did my nails all uneven and loppy spots on all the nails even the manager said it. But I’ve been here 2hrs and I’m so unhappy and frustrated to wait for him to fix them. Don’t ever go to Donna.

I had an appointment which they respected and only waited for 5 minutes. Very nice salon! I had a fill and a pedicure and they used warm stones and an awesome foot and leg massage. Oh yes, I will be going back!

I held off on making this review but after today, I need to share my experience. Went a few weeks ago, their pedicure service offers no exfoliating of the legs, hot towels or stones which completely shocked me…every basic pedicure ANYWHERE at least offers exfoliating scrub at the bare minimum. I also had my mother getting a acrylic set at the same time. At the time, they came out “decent” but only a week later, they all popped off like press-ons.

I asked for one acrylic nail on only one big toe (which I’ve done plenty of times before) …today I’m at a different salon getting a pedicure and clearly they used a poor quality acrylic powder. After many difficult attempts from different pedicurists, they were finally able to differentiate between my natural nail and the acrylic. It’s as if the acrylic powder completely fused/cemented with my natural nail. Not even sure how that’s possible but my nail is horribly damaged and even the employees at the nail salon are extremely confused/concerned on what type of “acrylic” this previous salon used. Once again, I’ve gotten acrylic done more times than I can count, and I’ve never experienced that before.

Never going back. So many other salons that offer better service for cheaper prices.

I went to lovely nails to get a mani pedi for my semi formal and she used to different coats of white on my nails and two days later they are turning brown, I will never come here again, they look hideous and they didn’t even last night I was so mad.

I’m usually satisfied with how my nails look when Sam does them but this time I was not. I asked for a long more squared look and some how ended up with coffin on some and round on others. I held a picture of how I wanted them to look but hadn’t gotten them like that at all. I also told the lady that’s not how I wanted them but she had headphones in. I can never find a good nail salon in Brockton.

The worst experience ever.this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.as soon as I walked in the guy tells me they have no openings.but there’s only 3 customers in there.and it’s 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday.and ur booked for the whole day (find that hard to believe) don’t recommend anyone to go here.horrible customer service.

Went there to get a fill with gel polish and I LOVE how my nails came out! I went here after not having a great experience somewhere else and I was not disappointed. They were busy when I went but I had made an appointment so I didnt wait long.

Very nice set up, you would’ve thought that the quality of the work would match. It is way to over priced, I paid an additional $15 on a full set for gel just for the gel to peel off after a week.
