Drive to only have to wait on Middlesex Street the prices are way too high the menu sucks it's impossible to read the food will always make you sick I'll never go back there not like when I was a kid. Tell you.

The staff works their butts off this place is almost alwAys busy cause it the only kfc/taco bell around here its been in lowell my whole life and the same great people still run it amazing family keep up the great work u do

KFC lowell, you still can't go inside and order a meal and if you have trouble with the online ordering they don't honor thier special.

Had trouble with the application withdid the food order manger was very helpful trying to get my order can not get it so he asked me what I ordered then he went got my order and told me how much I paid him for it he told me to look at my bank to see if I was charged for it if I did to call let him know he was very helpful and friendly the only thing I don't like to exit the store u think I could just back up take left but you it hard to do it you have to take right if you don't and you take a left you have to cut in line to exit

So normally when I talk on here it's about mostly food only. Not today. Today is about customer service. I wish I got this kids name but I couldn't see his name tag. All I can say is he is Asian, and has alot of hair. Almost like a surfer from California. He was by far the GREATEST person I've EVER delt with in a drive thru. He was so professional, smiling, greeting etc. He delivered a 10 outta 10 performance! If management sees this and knows who I'm talking about do whatever you can to keep him at your location! He's got a huge amount of potential and upside! Don't lose this young man. Whatever he decides to do in life he will absolutely succeed!

This place still don't let anyone order in. COVID was 3 years ago and this place still afraid to open it's door. Cars just waiting at the drive thru. Many cars left cause they don't want to wait. Definitely losing business.

Food was great. Service was terrible. I ordered dinner for four using the KFC app. When it was delivered we found they had omitted half the chicken. I called the store and they said I had to call an 800 corporate number since I had placed the order using the app! I called the 800 number and got put on hold and finally gave up. Big thumbs down.

I did a survey where they ask for my address and email to deliver a meal tender meal and it says free balance is 0 but i didnt receive this.

No sign about closed dining room and no sign of which message board to order at.
The drive thru was ridiculously long.

Only the drive through is open and if there's a problem car in the line it can be a long wait. I ran into that today

Horrible chicken. Unevenly salted, not crispy. It seems like they don’t pay any attention while preparing the order.

Always fresh because always real busy I would've given them 5 stars but because no walk in still?

I ordered for 6 chicken pcs, 3 biscuits and fries big but instead they didn't give me my fries and I had to drive back for them can u imagine!

Drive Thru is always busy and the line goes till the road which is an inconvenience to the public. Food was okay but the pickup and drive thru in a busy area is a nightmare.

It would be five stars but it has to four because of the drive-thru just a horrific scene when they were 20 cars in front of you to wait all that time for Taco Bell you must like it.

Staffs always in a bad mood but the food is almost always correct and good so it’s worth it

I like the chicken however, I have been eating it since I was little. Things have drastically changed.
I can't stand the biscuits. They are horrible.
The chicken is smaller in size.
Price is great.
The girl that waited on us at the window was very funny and professional

The line was down the street. They wouldn't take orders inside. Not worth the wasted trip.

Great place to get everything you didnt want. Put in a order for 2 large macs 2 special bowls and a buffalo chicken tenders. Get up there and were handed 2 bags which didn't have are food and were in such a rush to get out of there because theres so many people trying to eat ther its blocking traffic. The workers are overworked. The food and service are affected. They need to do somthin about this is ridiculous. This kfc sucks

Went There Last Night With My Daughter To Eat. And The Dining Room Area Was Filthy All The Tables Were Dirty, Floor Was Wet And Sticky. We Had To Leave! Won’t Be Eating There Again!

I don't know why but I ate at this location a year ago and I got sick
afterwards. Then I had it a few days ago and had the same problem. It might have been me but I won't trust it again. I had a 10pc meal with two large sides. It was tasty but I won't go back.

Greeted with a smiling face in the drive thru window. Everything was hot and as ordered. Wish there was one still in Leominster area instead of the other P chicken place.

I've put in an order in Grubhub for this. The gentleman was nice, my phone had issues, but he was nice enough none the less. Though the food from the restaurant is another story. Ordered 2 famous bowls, 2 drinks and potato wedges and the only thing that came normal was the wedges, one of the famous bowl had cardboard material in it, the bowls had more popcorn chicken then it did portato or corn, did not come in with gravy what so ever, and the drinks was also off too. Ordered 2 mountain dew and both tasted VERY different, one tasted like carbonated water while the other tasted like lemonade and Hi-C.
