Ms. Jem was a really nice lady and she made the process so easy for me. She was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had no idea that this process could be so simple. Thank you Citizens for all your help and support in this crucial turning point in my life.

This is amazing, I've been walking around my house in so much pain just saying I don't know what to do, I don't know where to go from here, mean while searching for a job that I can do without being in excruciating pain everywhere. Been threw 6 different jobs in the last 7 or 8 months tryin to make ends meet, my anxiety, depression, and pain has been getting the best of me, no longer even wanting to live feeling like a total failure cause I'm having such a hard time keeping a job with all my issues. I just talked to someone from citizens disability and my hopes r back up and maybe soon I can get this train wreck back on the tracks. So thank u Maverick for giving me that sense of hope and purpose.
