Price was raised to almost twice as shown on website, Not given full refund when cancelled w/in a week and a full 8 months before the trip! Will not be using this site for future cruises! Customer service wasn't good either!

When I booked it was good. But I talked to two other people before this and called and left them messages a few times. They did not return my call.

Cheap Cruises gave us a better deal than we could have if we booked directly from the cruise line. They are easy to work with and very helpful! My wife tried other ways to book and CheapCruises is just better than anything else we tried!

Perfect short getaway. We ate outdoors on the rear deck to avoid crowds due to fear of Covid, and wore masks whenever indoors or in crowds, so that we always felt reasonably safe. We would take this cruise again.

I have used them twice now to book cruises and both times they beat the other rates and the process is always easy

Was my first time trying to use this. CHAT help- A couple thing-
1- I asked about Handicap mother need. No response
2- I asked about if we needed covid testing in advance. No response.

I go No help with "chat" which was frustrating. I hope I don't have issues with this first trip. Especially with my Handicap mother.
Also is there availability for a motorized wheel chair?

Easy to use. The even better statement would be even better if you could see the full price including all taxes and port fees up front rather than acting like your making a reservation to get to the true cost

The price online was definitely cheaper than advertised over the phone. The process was as easy as selecting the options you wanted, paying for it, and then start planning the activities you want to do.

Aly Grimes was an absolute dream! She was patient and thoughtful. Through the whole process on the phone she never made me feel rushed. I really enjoyed the process!

My husband and I are going to be in Orlando for 2 weeks in February and decided to take a cruise while we are there. We located a cruise with a balcony cabin for a little more than $1600. We usual pay that much per person for a balcony. We will always check this website out first.

Very good company. I haven't went on the cruise yet.but cheap cruises answered all of my questions immediately. I like that!

More $$ than other on-line booking agents. Asked about a discount and was told it wasn’t offered on “this” cruise. When I said a family member received it on “this” cruise from another on-line agent very quickly came back after a checking and said it would be more expensive than what I already paid. Because the cost had gone up since I booked. Huh? In a word? Shady.

Completely thrilled and completely satisfied with chrissy she did such a wonderful job with detail and knowledge of the product if she didn't know she found the answer quickly very polite and wonderful time dealing with her ty Ron and Barb Grubb definitely will tell friends and family and we will be back to book holidays and highly recommend your company and chrissy

Initially I thought I was dealing with a good company but after our cruise got canceled, no one wanted to help us rebook it. In fact, 4 phone calls later, the woman who promised to call me back still hasn’t called. Do yourself a favor….

Of course the fees double the price of the advertised price. Then the up to 1500 is only 25 dollars, will not use again

Some of the information on the site could be explained better. I was under the assumption we would get more perks than what we did.

I paid$24.99 fee that cost me that amount more than if I booked direct. No savings or a great deal

My experience with cheap cruises has been outstanding. We made our reservation on line, but have called their customer service on three occasions. Every experience has been incredibly positive. I’ve even been given phone extensions so I can work with the same people when I need assistance. I would definitely recommend cheap cruises, especially Laurie! She is great!

Karen, the travel agent I spoke to last week, provided excellent service when I booked the NCL 14 Night Norway & the Arctic: Summer Solstice cruise. When I called her today about a price drop, she contacted NCL promptly and was able to obtain a credit for me - in a very friendly and efficient manner.
