Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

It was nice because there are not many places like it but it is very expensive and they were out of some of the food items and the pizza was burnt.

I love this place! I go here often with the kids. We had a family tragedy happen and needed a place to go for a birthday party. Dennis was VERY accommodating and the sweetest during a difficult time. I recommend throwing your kids' party here.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the overwhelming kindness we received at Urban Air. Despite a recent house fire, the staff and management went above and beyond, offering us the room for free, free games for the kids, and complimentary return tickets. Their generosity during a difficult time left a lasting impact on my 8-year-old son, and we are truly humbled and appreciative of their compassion.

My kids loved there trampoline park but there service and food is so horrible. It took us a hour or more to get 3 meals chicken fingers hot wings and fries we also ordered two pretzels everything came out cold pretzels where hard and the cheese wasn't even warmed up just a old clump of cheese when I said something they brought out one extra frie for us and guess what it was cold we will not go back here again

Wait, wait, wait, and more waiting, nobody seems to have any idea of the word hustle up, weather waiting for the zip line, waiting to get into the place, or especially the FOOD LINE, here’s a tip: bring your own food because you will be waiting min of 30 to 40 min in line to even order, it would help if there wasn’t one kid at the register while all the others are in the kitchen bringing their Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffees laughing and playing like it’s summer camp, only reason two stars is because they have what is advertised, an area to jump

Great place to take the kids. Reasonably priced if you sign up for membership. No, I don't work for them.

We have taken the kids to Urban Air twice and twice bad experiences. Zero customer service, and I’m told there is no manager on duty. The place is a complete joke and ripoff. Never again. I even left a name and number to be contacted and no call back.

Took my 15 year old son for his birthday gathering. He loves it. I hate it (I don't like noise and I don't like crowds). Urban Air entertained him for 5 hours.

To be fair I did not use any of the facilities myself, but was happy to find that they sell Icees there, and haven't had one of those in years so it made me smile!

Grandkids really love the place. Food $$ popcorn extremely small and cold. Not enough kitchen help. Took very long time to get food

Highly recommend. Great value compared to competitors. Loved the variety of activities beyond just trampolines. Good for various age groups.

My son loves it here but they can never find the membership his mom has been paying for. Keep having to pay when we go

Got good n bad about this place in Bangor.
1. Need to hire older people n not young teens.
2. Workers need to check n clean the bathroom more often. Mostly the girls, my daughters complained about how dirty they were
3. Should have a worker at all the places, and need the workers walking around more often. Then hanging out with each other.
