They explained each step of the way, fair pricing, and wouldn't release my car until it was ready.

Exemplary service and honesty. My car is older and failed inspection for a rocker panel rust hole. Owner Ashley realized because of the age of the vehicle I needed a patch opposed to an entirely new rocker panel which would have cost $1,000-$1,400. This Maaco location currently has more business then they need but if you have time to take your car in and receive an estimate and schedule service you will be glad you did.
Just an add-on. I was involved in a fender bender in Portland in late August, first car accident I've been in since 2004. Ashley provided a detailed estimate for the damage to the front end of my car and Maaco replaced the bumper at a very reasonable cost. The repair looks excellent! I highly recommend this repair business for the knowledgeable employees and skill of the technicians.

I wouldn’t know how their services are. I’m not sure if Ashley is the owner, or just someone who works there. Either way, retire or work on your customer service skills! You don’t get an attitude or raise your voice with potential customers for them asking questions. I took my business else were gladly!

Customer service and final job were beyond reproach. Tom depicts the essence of excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Maaco to my friends and must definitely take my car back for future service. Good on you, mates!

Terrible, very sloppy work, got paint everywhere it was not supposed to be
Even on tires. I had 2 cars painted in Florida Delray by Marco so decided to give Portland Macco a try. It was a bad mistake. My advice is pay a few hundred more and get it done right.
They did not even paint the inside of the gas door. The paint job makes it embarrassing to drive this car. It is so bad and at $2200.

They did a great job and a quick no hassle turn around time. I’ve used Maaco in the past and have never been disappointed, including my latest experience last week. Highly recommend them!
