So fortunate to have found Elevate PT. Everyone from the receptionist to the 4 therapists is wonderful! I’ve had 2 therapists & have found them to be skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic, thorough in treatment, & friendly. The facility has plenty of equipment to use as well. Elevation runs like a well oiled machine. Their technology for scheduling, and thoughtful reminders via email always keep me informed.

When you go in for your first appointment, you are warmly greeted by the Office Manager, she gives you a tablet to let your Physical Therapist have record of your conditions. They keep electronic updates of your progress.

My therapist, Tim, is the best. He has helped my condition
so much. Here is my favorite part. They keep your credit card on file so you do not have to take it out at every appointment. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go.

This is my second time coming to Pinnacle, and my 5th time in PT and I have been very happy working with both Gianna and John. I feel listened to, I get great explanations of the exercises (I just need to be better at remembering all I am told, but they are both great if I ask for them to check my form the next week). The online list of exercises is great, especially with the videos that help remind me of the proper forms of the exercises. I did not hesitate to come back here for a second time, and have recommended them to my friends.

Great therapists. On time. Very good at gathering information to understand my condition and then communicating the plan and initial timeline to get it taken care of.

I've been to my fair share of physical therapists over the years and I can say, without hesitation, that Elevate is hands-down the best. They listen and they're really a fun bunch, too - highly recommend!

This is my third time back (thanks to connecting tendons that just can't seem to keep up with my muscles, and age of course.). I’ve referred 3 family members & numerous friends & acquaintances to Elevate Physical Therapy. I am now a firm believer in starting with a PT assessment before going to the doctor. Today's reality often starts with waiting weeks for an appointment, minimal evaluation and often just leads to a referral and an injection. If you are really lucky your doctor has knowledge of your particular problem. Why not start with an depth evaluation of what is really wrong & that you can understand, with a chance to fix it? If it needs a more serious response, like surgery, they will tell you. Unlike some other larger chains, the patient/therapist ratio allows for better evaluation, not only in initially, but ongoing. Jon keeps track of progress, adds in various therapies & changes up home exercises as needed and indicated. His knowledge of the body is obvious & reassuring. And his sense of humor is lots of fun, even while he’s zeroing in on your pain. And in watching the other therapists I can say the same about them. The facility is spacious & inviting & the friendly personalities of everyone there making this a very welcoming place to go for healing.

Stacy went above and beyond to get me scheduled even on a day she had time off because she knew it was important to start therapy on my shoulder in a timely manner. Excellent clinician and very dedicated to my recovery!

Stacey has been amazing throughout my recovery process after Achilles surgery. She is always available to me and even checked in after a particularly rough day. I can't say enough good things about her!

Everyone at Elevate is professional, kind, and brilliant! I have enjoyed my appointments there so much more than I expected to. I am so thankful Stacey is my therapist. She is fantastic.

My doctor recommended PT instead of a cortisone shot after I suffered a hip injury that severely impeded my ability to play basketball. My work with Stacey was just what I needed to get back onto the court. I'm stronger and more flexible and I have much more stamina than I did before.
I also worked with Stacey on my neck stiffness, a chronic problem that had become painful and limiting. I made great progress with that issue as well. I have much more range of motion than I did before, and the exercises Stacey gave me have made me stronger and (I believe) less likely to injure myself in the future.
In short, Stacey really knows her stuff and always seems to have the right answer when you need it.

Jon, Gianna and Stacey are all wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. They have helped me through my pain, treated with hands on, dry needling, cupping and stretching. They have built a great home exercise program for me also. A great team effort. I highly recommend them all.

I couldn't turn my head & my pain hit a "10". An MRI (ordered by Elevate) showed moderate to severe neck injury -so I was referred to a Neorosurgeon. Instead of surgery, I was cleared for all activity. It's been a month since my last visit & I feel great!
Update January 2023: My neck feels great.

This is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever been. Great staff, they are attentive to your needs and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.

I had a very bad frozen shoulder, a partially torn rotator cuff, tendinosis and bursitis all in the same shoulder. I had the privilege of working with Jon, Stacey and Gianna and they helped me recover and avoid surgery! They are a great team and I highly recommend their clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I saw Phil Chamberlain twice a week for 4 weeks and then once a week for 6 weeks for a hamstring injury. He was always on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. He used a variety of techniques through tissue work, stretch and exercise to help me regain mobility and flexibility I once had. I would highly recommend Elevate Physical Therapy for any of their PT needs.

Made a appointment to get evaluated. Prompt and courteous. I have severe chronic pain form multiple fusions in my neck and my lower back. It got to a point were I needed treatment. I saw Jonathan at Elevate Physical Therapy. They were different in the way they treated my issues. My problems will never go away but Jonathan made them very tolerable. I experienced "cupping" for the first time. I wish this was recommended 5 years ago. Great exercises to compliment this procedure. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend this facility. Due to lower back issues, I've been to several local physical therapists for almost 20 years. My experience with Elevate has been an eye opening experience. Previous p/t offices were all basically the same; arrive at the office and wait 15-20 minutes to start treatment, wait some more while your therapist works on you and 3-4 other patients at the same time and then get re-scheduled over and over to simply pad their bottom line.

My experience with Elevate was completely different. In only four visits I had my issue identified and given an exercise and stretching regimen to resolve what I thought were simple back spasms. It turned out the issue was a weak right hip due to a recent back operation.

I just completed my fourth and last visit today. In that short of time I now feel 95% better and will continue the regimens I was given to avoid any future re-occurrences. I was told there is no need for any more office visits. The rest is now up to me.

Elevate clearly have their patients best interests in mind. Their goal is simply to treat and resolve your physical issue. It's NOT to keep you coming back to the office over and over for their financial benefit. I can't recommend Elevate high enough. I will always return should the need arise and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

GO. You will not be disappointed.

My issue was with stubborn case of vertigo. Thankfully Phil and Jon put their heads together to resolve the issue so I could go about my life normally again. Don’t know where I’d be without their help and friendly support. They’re the best

A great place to recover from an injury. I was treated with utmost respect. Encouraged along the way. Cathy and John are friendly and welcoming and caring. Certainly know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this office to any one needing a physical therapist. Cathy at the "front desk" is a lovely woman to talk to. Both John and Cathy have a wicked sense of humor. Always felt as if I was in good hands.
