I had an amazing experience at Grayce Bridal today. All the women were very welcoming and kind. My bridal stylist Amy was absolutely phenomenal. She was very helpful, friendly, and patient during the whole appointment! Thanks again Amy!

I went to Grayce bridal and was helped by Jessica Montes. She was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome and special. She was caring, informative and helped me find the perfect gown for my special day. She’s one of a kind. I 100% recommend Jessica and the team at Grayce bridal because they were all really lovely

I came into my first appointment extremely anxious after a negative experience at another bridal shop. As a plus size bride, with a petite mother and future mother in law by my side, I was feeling self conscious about my size. At the first bridal shop, that was at the forefront of the conversation even after I expressed being self conscious and I was extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. By the time I came to Grayce and met with the consultant, Kylie, I was so anxious I burst into tears just trying to tell her how I was feeling. She was extremely understanding and made me feel right at ease. She was down to earth, upbeat and worked hard to make me feel beautiful. She even made everyone in the room cry when she gave a speech about beauty! The experience at Grayce was night and day compared to the other shop. After my first appointment, I went back with a friend and met with Kylie again and had an equally positive experience. Unfortunately, my Matron of Honor was out of state and I didn't feel right making the decision without her. Kylie was nice enough to squeeze me in the following day with another consultant, Amy, for a quick 30 minute appointment so that I could decide with my MOH there. Amy was just as welcoming and extremely patient when we went well past the 30 minute appointment slot. She took the time to provide champagne and take pictures once I said yes to the dress, even though I was an hour over 30 minutes. I am so thankful for Kylie and Amy for turning my initially negative dress shopping experience around into a positive one and I know I made the right decision choosing Grayce!

I had the best experience! My initial bridal appointment was great, ordering was easy, and my dress came in quickly. I worked with Kylene for my alterations and I was blown away by how easy the process was thanks to her, my dress was perfect. I couldn’t recommend Grayce Bridal & Formal more!

I absolutely love the staff, they are very kind. However they are a bit disorganized. I had called to set up a VIP appointment back in November for a January appointment and they had said they would get back to me with pricing since I had some special conditions. They confirmed verbally and said that they would process the payment in store. But, the week before my appointment, I called to confirm and they said there was no record of it in their books. Everything turned out okay in the end and they were very accommodating with my comfort level surrounding COVID, but if they had been busier I would have had to reschedule which would not have been possible due to a special friend only being in the area for a small window of time. I was also not impressed with the quality of gowns, the materials were all synthetic but the prices also reflected that. Their formal wear department has a much broader selection than their bridal department in my experience.

Shout out to brooke for an amazing experience and dealing with a billion different inputs? You’re so patient and helped our fav bride find her perfect dress! The options are endless and made it so easy to find the style perfectly!
