Company had great customer service, up until charging me a smoker’s fee, when I do not and have not smoked. Seems this company will try to get everything they can charge you for.

Aside from feeling like I was staying in a fancy 100 sq ft studio/tin box, we were overall happy with the room. But beware - there's a reason the hotel doesn't list the square footage of the traditional or preferred rooms (but they do for the royal and superior rooms) on their website. The standard rooms are TINY. Like, probably one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It made me feel a little claustrophobic.

Otherwise, the hotel staff were friendly and it was great having the carousel bar right below us. The hotel was perfectly located - just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and the river.

This place is a must, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the food was delicious and the portions were good. But the po boy and hamburger bread was supreme.
Our waitress (beautiful girl with curly hair and light eyes. I forgot her name) was very friendly, she served us with a smile and guided us with the menu, even took her time to recommend places to visit.

This place was so disappointing! Last week, and this week. Fried food was cold.
To make matters worse, the service is awful. Will NOT be returning.

Amazing service! My garage door stopped working and they were able to get me in literally the next day. Greg was awesome, very friendly, on time, and super fast replacing both sensors on my garage door. Highly recommend!

I had a terrific experience at this salon. They accommodated me with a same day appointment. I have high anxiety and everyone was gentle and supportive. Stella was my stylist and she’s warm and personable as well as very good at what she does. She took great care of my colored hair with a specially blended conditioning treatment and gave me a relaxing blowout and curl. I recommend Stella and the salon highly. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

On the recommendation of our hotel, we hit The Vintage for breakfast on 17 Feb 2024. It was an overall disappointing experience.
Food:
Croissant and biscuits were tough and chewy like they'd been microwaved. Parfait was mostly yogurt and apples. Avocado was soaked in lemon juice. Poached eggs were overcooked to the point of hard-boiled. All for over $50.
Service:
The girl who brought out our food wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly or overly interested in customer service either.
Atmosphere:
Decent vibe, but tables were left dirty and pushed together after large groups left, making seating difficult for more than a few new arrivals.
Good points:
My husband said the flavors in his breakfast biscuit were okay, and my daughter said the chamomile tea was on point.
Maybe it was an off day, but we won't be returning.

My experience here was great teacher spoke clear made sure everyone stay intune an up to speed wit everything from beginning to end.

We made the trip across New Orleans in a cab to eat here on our last night before returning to the UK.
I'd been really excited to try the food and it did not disappoint. The only disappointment was that I couldn't eat everything on the menu. The food has so much flavour and the staff are lovely.

A wonderful place for delicious cocktails with a chill vibe. Gets you away from the tourist traps.
