Wichita Towing & Auto Recovery

Man I just had to call to get my car towed. I called more than 5 places and this was by far the cheapest priced. They arrived 15 minutes after calling and even tried to help fix the problem with my car. They guy nick was great and easy with my ride no problems or issues at all. I would definitely use again if I need and will recommend them to everyone! If you need a tow call this place!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this company! There are very few businesses that will go out of their way the way Wichita Towing did last weekend. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that the minute I called, they were there immediately!

My tow driver was so so nice! He went out of his way to make sure I was home & made sure I was comfortable the whole way there. Once we got there he parked my car & recommend I drive it later on in the day to make sure everything was okay. I definitely recommend them!

There are good people working at Wichita Towing Co. After a traumatic wreck, both the tow truck driver and Nick, who took our call after the tow, treated us with compassion and understanding. They went out of their way to answer all my questions, communicated effectively, and made sure we had all the info we needed to make a very difficult situation workable. You're in good hands with this company.

It was a relief to be able to schedule a tow. They picked up my vehicle and delivered it to the mechanic without me having to go along. That is full service! Very convenient.

The service was excellent. Both Chris and Carey were very professional. Yesterday was not able to tow my car but he explained why. He did call Chris and he was able to tow it. I felt as though we were friends when They left. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I understood they may take longer than usual to get to me because it was so icy out that morning but Chris made sure to call me to tell me he was on his way to help someone before me and then he called to tell me he was on his way to me. He got there and helped me get my car back home quickly. He was friendly and very professional.

Great service. We had an accident and a great young man from Wichita Towing had us hooked up and off the road in a very short time. He was professional and courteous and explained the process before he took action. It was very reassuring. The staff at the Nick was also kind and professional. Wichita Towing is always the first place we call when any of our vehicles in our fleet are having trouble. Never actually met them cause it's so easy to set up a tow over the phone and they take care of it all while I can get back to work.

He took great care with making sure my vehicle didn't get damaged any more than was already damaged due to accident. Also took great care in towing the vehicle to my home and my driveway.

Even though it was a holiday weekend, your driver arrived promptly, was very courteous, and the towing job was completed in just over an hour. Also want to mention how nice the receptionist was who took the call, got my information, and was prompt in emailing my receipt for the service. Hope I never need towing service again, but Wichita Towing would be the first I’d call and the first I’d recommend.

I came to their lot to remove the vehicle and the battery was completely dead and there was no fuel in the tank. Nick the owner of the company helped with both and made sure that I was able to drive and load the vehicle. Overall great service, highly recommend.
